The operator may charge for repair or replacement costs if damage occurs due to improper use of items such as washing machines, dryers, rice cookers, and food waste disposers. - You must personally separate and dispose of your own trash at designated locations. - Packages must be picked up in person within one week of delivery; uncollected packages will be disposed of without prior notice. - The operator assumes no responsibility for damage or loss of personal items, including packages. - You must cooperate to minimize noise generation to maintain a pleasant living environment for all. - You agree that, for the purpose of maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the shared living space, your room may be forcibly opened for inspection once a month following prior notice from the manager. 2. Forced Eviction (No Refund) - Immediate eviction will be imposed in the event of accompanying outsiders, mixed-gender lodging, excessive indoor drinking or disruptive behavior, indoor smoking, or acts of violence. Failure to repeatedly comply with the aforementioned rules of conduct, precautions, and warnings from the manager will result in eviction.
