Descending the indoor wooden stairs from the second floor to the first floor, you will find a large bedroom (with an attached bathroom), a large bedroom, a small bedroom, a bathroom, and a storage room. All rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows that open out to the outdoor yard. Each room has a wardrobe, and the small bedroom is well-equipped with closets and storage cabinets, making it suitable for use as a dressing room. Stepping out through the door on the first floor leads to an outdoor terrace (featuring a barbecue area, a 12-person table and chairs, a sink, and a faucet), and there are outdoor gardens surrounding the house on all sides.

Recently fully renovated, the house is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The exterior walls have been freshly painted, and the rooftop railings have also been repainted. All household appliances are provided as options, ensuring no inconvenience. This is a detached two-story house located in Felicity Townhouse in Dongsu-dong, Sinchon-ri. The gardens on the first, second, and rooftops are well-maintained, offering excellent views of Hallasan Mountain, the village, and the sunset. There are three bedrooms; two are spacious, and the large bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, a small dressing room, and a vanity. It can accommodate 5 beds and up to 8 people. There is a kitchen, living room, laundry room, and storage room. BBQ facilities are provided, along with a table that can accommodate 12 or more people.
