I recently remodeled my long-time home and am now offering it for short-term rental. ✔ It is a spacious apartment with an exclusive area of 18 pyeong (25 pyeong type), featuring 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and 1 bathroom. ✔ It is ideal for business teams to share a room, and spacious enough for a family stay. ✔ Located in a quiet residential complex close to Jorye Lake Park and the Yeonhyang-dong commercial district, it is perfect for a relaxing break after work. ✔ The management fee includes electricity, water, gas (heating and hot water), and internet, so there is no need for separate billing. ✔ Since move-in is contactless, you can come in at your convenience after 3 PM. Come stay here comfortably as if it were your own home for business trips, month-long stays, workcations, or even during breaks while moving or renovating 😊

We would appreciate your understanding. - Although the photos were taken when the house was empty, we plan to fully furnish it with household appliances such as a refrigerator, washing machine, induction cooktop, and microwave before you move in. - Please let us know if you experience any inconveniences, and we will fix them immediately. 🏠 Usage Guidelines - Move-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. - Smoking is prohibited indoors and on the balcony. Pets are not allowed. - We would appreciate your consideration for neighbors after 10 PM. - Turning off the air conditioner, boiler, and lights when you go out would be very helpful.
