I live in the innermost house, and you can rent the house in front of the entrance or the middle house. (There is a parking lot at the entrance where you can park conveniently.) - Rather than being full and fancy, we prepared it to be simple but not uncomfortable. - The structure of the old house was slightly changed and added to, and changed into a structure with 2 rooms/2 bathrooms/living room/kitchen/attic. The administrative district is Seongsan-eup, but the living area is Pyoseon-myeon (5 minutes by car). In Pyoseon, there are several marts in addition to Hanaro Mart, and since it is near 'Haebeach Hotel', there are various food options, such as 'Baskin Robbins', 'Kyochon Chicken', 'BHC', etc. It's nice that there are several hospitals and pharmacies. - About 500 meters away, a village-run 'seawater swimming pool' opened on July 1st (a convenience store (7-Eleven) also opened there), and a water slide for children has also been installed. - About 2km away is 'Sincheon Ranch' which boasts a great view in all four seasons. Sometimes I bring a camping chair and just stare blankly at the ocean, and I also enjoy the beautiful sunset as the sun sets behind the palm trees. - There are several cafes within 2km where you can recharge with caffeine, grab a quick snack, and enjoy the great view. (Cafe Mulseop / Sumbi Island / Shincheon Dabang...) Of course, there are more cafes near the signpost. - There is a one-week bus stop about 500 meters away, so there are many places to go without having to bring a car.
