It is a comfortable goshiwon equipped with an elevator, dryer, and car carrier parking, offering perfect living infrastructure and proximity to E-Mart. We enforce strict rules to ensure a quiet rest for our residents. Violations will result in a first warning and immediate eviction on the second offense. 1. Absolutely No Smoking Indoors • Upon detection, immediate eviction without warning (deposit non-refundable; smoking is prohibited outside the 1st floor). 2. Common Areas and Hygiene • Do not leave personal items in hallways, stairs, or the entrance; use designated shoe lockers (separate indoor shoes required). • Mandatory cleaning of dishes, food waste, and hair after use. • List your room number on refrigerator items (discarded if not listed) and adhere to waste separation guidelines. • Do not leave food or boxes in the room (to prevent insects). 3. Laundry Room & Other Information • Washer & Dryer: 09:00–21:00 (Dryer: 500 KRW/30 min, 1,000 KRW/60 min) • Please collect laundry immediately after use. • Please be sure to include your room number when sending packages. • Please check the room router for Wi-Fi.
