As it is a nearly new building, it is clean and tidy. The spacious, open studio layout allows for a relaxed lifestyle without feeling cramped, and the neatly organized kitchen and washing machine make it convenient for long-term stays. Large windows and a balcony provide excellent natural light and ventilation, while the quiet village environment allows for a comfortable rest. The room is very spacious, large enough to accommodate up to 8 guests. The bathroom is also very large. However, since it is based on double occupancy, an additional fee of 15,000 won per person per day applies. Extra bedding is available for rent. There is also a terrace, perfect for relaxing.

Its proximity to the sea allows for walks and healing, making it highly recommended for long-term travel or month-long stays. It is equipped with essential basic living facilities for your convenience. Located in Dumori, Hangyeong-myeon, Jeju-si, this place offers a space where you can fully experience the tranquil charm of western Jeju. By car, you can reach Hyeopjae and Geumneung beaches in approximately 15 to 20 minutes, making it ideal for enjoying the clear sea and leisurely walks. Nearby, the Sinchang Windmill Coastal Road, known for its beautiful windmills and sunsets, and Jeoji Oreum and Dangsanbong, where you can feel the atmosphere of traditional Jeju, are recommended for light trekking courses. There is also a variety of cafes and restaurants. Popular cafes such as Myeongwol Elementary School, with its sentimental atmosphere, and Cafe Bomnal, which offers great ocean views, are located within a 20-minute drive. Additionally, restaurants in the Hallim and Hyeopjae areas where you can enjoy fresh seafood are close by, making it perfect for a gourmet trip. Please note that the refrigerator and bathroom contain the host's belongings. ★ Please check before use 1️⃣ Electricity Usage Guide (Important) This building is a newly constructed 7-year-old structure that has completed interior remodeling. ✔ Please be sure to turn off electrical appliances and electronic devices when leaving the premises. The tenant is responsible for any power outages or fires caused by excessive electricity usage or electrical leaks, so please exercise extreme caution. 🚨 Additional charges may apply if usage exceeds the standard management fee. Additional guests are charged 15,000 KRW per day. 2️⃣ Trash / Recycling Guide (Very Important) Please be sure to separate general waste, recyclables, and food waste for proper disposal. ⚠ If you put recyclables or food waste in general waste bags, collection may be refused and you may be subject to a fine. ✔ Please purchase general waste bags yourself. ✔ Please separate and dispose of waste at the designated area. 📍 Location of Recycling Area The recycling and general waste sorting area is located about a 3–5 minute walk to the right from the main entrance. 🚨 You must take all trash out with you personally when checking out.
