While the lack of an elevator is a drawback, this is precisely why the rent is very affordable relative to the facilities and size. Located on an upper floor, you can enjoy the unobstructed ocean view with greater ease, and another attractive feature is the ability to stay comfortably without worrying about noise from the upstairs neighbors.
