Additional rules

1. Visits and overnight stays by guests other than those included in the reservation are strictly prohibited. The occupancy standard starts counting from 48 months of age. 2. Smoking is prohibited indoors. 3. Please refrain from cooking foods that produce strong odors or grease (such as grilled meat, fish, or seafood); however, please ensure proper ventilation when using such items. 4. We do not provide additional or modified items beyond the standard furnishings (e.g., large drying racks, coffee machines, hair dryers, rags, bedding rentals, etc.). 5. Barbecue facilities are not available. 6. You must dispose of your trash directly at the Clean House or Recycling Assistance Center. (Use of the pension's trash cans is strictly prohibited. Recycling is based on volume, food waste, and specific days of the week.) 7. Vacuum cleaners are provided in guest rooms on the 3rd floor. For the 1st and 2nd floors, please use the shared vacuum cleaner (located in the hallway at the entrance on the 1st floor). 8. Maintenance fee (electricity, water, gas, stair cleaning fee) charged as a fixed rate (7,000 KRW per day). **Upon move-out, damage to fixtures, etc. will be inspected and offset against the security deposit.

  • This reservation is for short-term temporary occupancy and does not carry protections such as right of resistance, priority repayment, implied renewal, guaranteed stay period, or mandatory provisions. (Housing Lease Protection Act, Article 11)

  • External factors unrelated to the interior of the place are not grounds for a refund.

  • Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited in all stays. A cleaning fee of KRW 300,000 will be charged if smoking is detected after checkout.
