This is a 6-story building, with floors 4 through 6 used as a Goshiwon (dormitory-style accommodation). There are 23 studio apartments on both the 4th and 5th floors. There is a shared kitchen on the 5th floor, and a laundry room and rooftop on the 6th floor. Each studio apartment is approximately 2 pyeong (about 6.6 square meters) and includes a private bathroom. The rooms are furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair. Heating and cooling are centrally controlled.
