Gas rates are very high, and due to the high ceilings, some clients have used it recklessly, resulting in monthly bills exceeding one million won. Please use gas with caution. This is a private second home/vacation. I am based in Seoul and Busan, so I visit once a month and rent out the rest of the time. The west side is a famous spot for sunsets! This is not a standard accommodation but the host's private vacation home or second house.
