1. Insufficient personal luggage storage space All storage spaces including wardrobes, shoe racks, and sinks were filled with cleaning supplies, miscellaneous items, seasonal goods, and belongings left by previous guests, leaving no space for guests' luggage, which had to be placed on the floor. 2. Serious hygiene and supplies management issues First aid kits and ointments expired in 2009, disinfectant pads expired in 2020, condiments in the sink were covered with grease and green onions stuck together, old coffee and tea, shelves covered with grease and plastic wrap, and none of the air conditioners, dehumidifiers, or fans for summer cooling were cleaned. If whole beans and tea bags were meant as welcome items with separate storage and instructions to use them, I would have used them, but they appeared very old and felt like they were left behind by previous guests. 3. What does providing bedding for 2 people mean? We were 4 guests. 2 people slept on the lower bed, 1 person on the upper bunk, and the remaining 1 person on the sofa bed. The lower bed was not provided with a 2-person comforter, and the upper bunk had no top comforter. The additional 2-person comforter we paid extra for had both a top and bottom layer, making it awkward to use on the upper bunk and sofa bed. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable that it was difficult to sleep on. The top comforter was not a regular comforter either; it was made of curtain-like material. 4. Cleaning condition: Garbage, hair between the frame and wall, dust under stairs and on decorative items were severe, so we cleaned them ourselves before use. Numerous decorative items were unmanaged with accumulated dust, making their absence preferable. 5. Hygiene and malfunction of appliances The air conditioner and dehumidifier were not cleaned at all. The dehumidifier was extremely noisy and full of cockroach carcasses, dust, and mold. On the first day of check-in, the vacuum cleaner's dust bin was full, so we emptied it ourselves before use. The old fan provided additionally had no blade cleaning done at all. The bathroom exhaust fan was covered with dust and the bathroom water did not dry. 5. Laundry room door problem Due to the fixed folding door, the laundry room door could not open fully, requiring us to squeeze our bodies in, and there was a risk of hitting our faces on the nail at the top of the door. We had to tape the broken clothes drying rack ourselves out of concern for children's eyes. 6. Lighting The difference in lighting color between the living room and kitchen was very uncomfortable for the eyes. It was too dark, so we had to change the light bulbs and use them.

I needed a break and wanted to spend time with my dog, so I thought about staying for a month, and while looking around, I saw a place that looked so clean in the pictures, and the price was so cheap compared to other places, so I kept going. I don't know, but when I made a reservation and arrived, it was exactly like the pictures! It's cool, and if you open the window, a gentle breeze with the scent of the sea blows in, and you can see the quiet, clear, and open sea in 3 minutes on foot. I went out with my dog more than 3 times a day. I couldn't not go out because the weather was nice. While I was out, I went to the convenience store next door, ate kimbap at a kimbap shop (they said you can eat dogs outside. The price and taste were both good, good, good, good) and ate tacos and quesadillas (a famous restaurant) at a brunch shop called Cartel Public, and sometimes when I wanted some caffeine, I took out a cup of coffee at Kogarage on the way to the beach, and had a fulfilling time. When there's no one around, I sometimes let my dog loose and let him run around freely. I also relieved my stress by watching him run around happily on the sandy beach. I'm also grateful to the host who kindly answered my questions in a timely manner. Thanks to you, I was able to rest really, really, really well and have a fun and meaningful time. I came back after healing at a reasonable price. I often feel cold, but it was great that the boiler worked well. It was right in front of the sea, so I was happiest when I went for a walk in the morning and evening while looking at the beautiful waves. The host was also very kind. I want to come again next time♡

The location of the accommodation was in the forest, so it was great to wake up in the morning and go for a walk. The beach was also close, so it was convenient to walk around.

About the host - Very kind, and it was convenient to be able to contact them right away. - I was very nervous because my parents were going on a trip, but I felt that the host was also very considerate! 4. Accommodation review - Stayed for 26 days, and an additional 200,000 won was incurred in addition to the accommodation fee (including 150,000 won for utility bills and 50,000 won for cleaning fee) - It was similar to the picture, and it didn't feel very spacious because it was a separate studio, but they said it was good for two people. - The interior was clean, and it was equipped with many necessary items, so it was convenient to live right away. - Located in Yangyang, it was convenient to travel around Gangwon-do tourist areas such as Goseong/Sokcho/Gangneung/Pyeongchang, and there is a wonderful golf course called Seolhaewon nearby, so it seems to be perfect for those who like golf. - The ocean view from the living room, which is the main viewpoint of the accommodation, was a bit disappointing because of the construction near the beachㅠㅠ and the installation of a partition wall, so it was not visible from the middle of the stay. I hope it ends soon in April! - It was nice that there was no additional cost for family members to visit in the middle. There were 4 of us for 2 days, and of course it was noisy, but the sofa turned into a bed, so everyone was able to stay comfortably. - After my parents came back, they kept saying 'our neighborhood'.ㅎㅎ I guess they became very attached after living here for a month. It was a clean and cozy place, just like in the pictures. The moment I entered the room, music started playing and I felt great. They also gave me a welcome ramen and Pringles as gifts. When I asked questions, they answered really quickly and kindly, so I had a good rest with my husband. Thanks to this, I think my week-long stay will be fun^^
