For those living in high-rise apartments, consider staying in a first-floor fishing village apartment to soak up the energy of the land and recharge your batteries. A surf beach, an ocean-view Mexican pub, and a popular rest area with a 24-hour convenience store are all within a three- to five-minute walk. An Instagram-famous brunch cafe is located right in front of the apartment. Enjoy affordable, high-quality surfing lessons in the pristine waters for as little as 45,000 won. The bustling Jukdo Surf Beach is just a 5-10 minute drive away. Gangneung and Sokcho are all within 30 minutes by car, so you can travel there on the same day. Come to a quiet and cozy place to heal~ There has been some recent furniture relocation. The veranda bar table and kitchen dining table have been replaced. The living room folding sofa bed has been replaced with a single folding sofa bed. Thank you for your understanding. The closet can be used by opening one door. The balcony folding door only opens halfway. Please understand. 😔 It's hard to close. The walls in the bedroom are covered with foam wallpaper for heating, so they're not very clean. This is an old apartment, so we clean it thoroughly with disposable products and rent it out at a low price. Near a beach famous for surfing As this is a beachfront apartment, interior construction may occur during the week. We cannot control external noise, so refunds are not available for these issues. Please keep this in mind.

Additional rules

On days when the check-in and check-out dates overlap, we are forced to clean the rooms. Check-in is at 6:00 PM. Check-out is at 9:00 AM. Please take this into consideration if you make a reservation later. The basic rate is for 2 people, with an additional person up to 4 people possible. Bedding is provided for 2 people. There is an additional charge for bedding for two additional people. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the building and guest rooms. No outside visitors allowed No parties or events Quiet after 11pm Separate collection is required Please return items to their original location when checking out. If the product is damaged, we will inevitably charge you the product price, so please use it cleanly. Disposable toiletries, towels, and other items for guests are not provided as this is not a lodging facility. If you require these items, please let us know in advance. Otherwise, we may not have them available. Because city gas isn't available in this fishing village, LPG gas is expensive, and excessive heating can sometimes lead to a gas bill explosion. If you inevitably use more than 1 liter per day, you may be charged 4,800 won per liter. Please only heat as much as you need. Pets are 60,000 won per pet. An additional 100,000 won is charged for two pets. Thank you for your understanding. We strive to control insects, but some accommodations are located close to nature, so insects may still be present. Please note this when making your reservation, as refunds will not be issued. Near a famous cafe on a beach famous for surfing This is a beachfront apartment, so interior construction may occur occasionally. We cannot control external noise, such as inter-floor noise, so we cannot offer refunds for these issues. Please note. Unlike the photos, furniture may be replaced or altered at any time. Currently, only half of the foldable sash in the living room opens and closes. There is only one handle for the comforter in the living room. Thank you for your understanding.

External factors unrelated to the interior of the place are not grounds for a refund.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited in all stays. A cleaning fee of KRW 300,000 will be charged if smoking is detected after checkout.
We recommend recording a video and taking detailed photos at check-in and check-out to document the condition of items and furniture. Additional charges may apply for any damage.
