I stayed comfortably for a week at a low price. The room was just right for staying with a dog. The ocean view through the window that I saw every day when I opened my eyes made me feel like I was in Jeju Island. It was so comfortable to sleep and wash while staying alone, it was hard to find a place with this kind of cost-effectiveness. I ate almost all three meals outside during the week, but they provided cooking facilities (electric rice cooker, etc.). If you are looking for hotel or motel-level service or convenience, I would not recommend this place. It would be better to pay a little more and go to a better place. If you are not sensitive, I can confidently say that this is a place where you can stay for a long or short period without any problems. The parking was also convenient because it was designated. The host transparently settled the utility bills after check-out, and if I have another chance to stay in Jeju Island with the kind host, I would like to stay for a week or more.

The sink was on the veranda, which was inconvenient ((It was summer, so the air conditioner didn't work..) Of course, it was fortunate that it was in the room.

I am an extremely ordinary person. I hate hurting others and I don't show it even if I'm uncomfortable. I write everything as it is, without showing any lies. I write exactly what I feel, excluding false reviews, swearing, and defamation of others. I wonder if I wrote it correctly, but the electricity bill for 18 nights was 104,950 won / water bill was 11,400 won 1. The mold smells really bad (after a few days, it was enough to give me a headache) 2. The vacuum cleaner is defective (it smells like carbon from the moment you turn it on), the dryer is defective (it turns on and off repeatedly), the electric burner is defective (it doesn't boil water), and only cable TV is available 3. There is no drawer / you have to leave your clothes on the floor 4. When I told the owner about the inconveniences above, he even knew that the dryer and vacuum cleaner were defective 5. He texted me that he would return the deposit within 3 days on the day of checkout / On the 3rd day, it wasn't even morning and it was 9 PM, so I texted him to ask when the deposit would be made, but he said that it wasn't 3 days yet and that it wasn't until midnight, and he called me and treated me like a weirdo and asked what I was complaining about (★I put up with all the inconveniences for 18 days, but I couldn't stand the owner's attitude, so I'm writing a review (Leave it. By the way, I'm the type of person who just eats food with flies in it at a restaurant after removing them.) There's nothing really wrong with the accommodation, but if there's mold in the bathroom because they don't ventilate, they have to pay a fine of 50,000 won, and if you don't clean up the hair in the bathroom, they have to pay a lot, and they wrote down 5-6 fines, 20-30,000 won per piece, and posted them in the room.... The washing machine is really old and the laundry room is dirty, but if you want to use it, they charge 3,000 won per use, and you have to tell them the day before, so I went to the laundry room, washed it, dried it, and used it. I've never cooked food in 18 nights and 19 days. I can't even boil water because the electric burner is broken, so it seems right to say I couldn't eat. I understand that they posted the fine in the room to protect themselves, but I don't understand how they know the problem and leave it as is, take the money, and receive guests from far away, so I'm posting what I felt. More than anything, the owner's attitude is.... This is a place I really don't want to go again. All of the above is true, without exaggeration. I just regret choosing this place because it was cheaper than other places.

The owner was kind and the rooms were clean, of course. The ocean view from the kitchen was also great. I had a comfortable stay and got some healing.👍
