Our Sincheon-ri is also famous as a ‘mural village’ and is a clean and quiet village where it is fun to walk through every alley. The administrative district is Seongsan-eup, but the living area is Pyoseon-myeon (5 minutes by car). In Pyoseon, there are several marts in addition to Hanaro Mart, and since it is near 'Haebeach Hotel', there are various food options, such as 'Baskin Robbins', 'Kyochon Chicken', 'BHC', etc. It's nice that there are several hospitals and pharmacies. - About 500 meters away, a village-run 'seawater swimming pool' opened on July 1st (a convenience store (7-Eleven) also opened there), and a water slide for children has also been installed. - About 2km away is 'Sincheon Ranch' which boasts a great view in all four seasons. Sometimes I bring a camping chair and just stare blankly at the ocean, and I also enjoy the beautiful sunset as the sun sets behind the palm trees. - There are several cafes within 2km where you can recharge with caffeine, grab a quick snack, and enjoy the great view. (Cafe Mulseop / Sumbi Island / Shincheon Dabang...) Of course, there are more cafes near the signpost. - There is a one-week bus stop 500 meters from the accommodation, so there are many places to go without having to bring a car, and it is especially ideal for those who plan to walk the Olle Trail. - Nearby attractions include Pyoseon Beach & Jeju Folk Village & Pyoseon Library (5 minutes by car) / Kim Young-gap Gallery (7 minutes by car) / Honinji (12 minutes by car) / Seongsan Ilchulbong & Seopjikoji (20 minutes by car), etc. There are three houses on a 300-pyeong plot of land, and this is the middle house. (There is a parking lot at the entrance where you can park conveniently.) - Rather than being full and fancy, we prepared it simply but comfortably. - Consumables (toilet paper, soap, toothpaste, detergent, seasoning, etc.) are not provided, but towels/bedding are available for rental and the rental fee is included in the rent. - For security reasons, CCTV is in operation outside. - You are responsible for any safety accidents that occur due to personal negligence, whether indoors or outdoors. Please always be mindful of safety. - Any trash generated during the rental period must be disposed of directly at Clean House. - Cooking with strong odors (grilling fish, grilling meat, etc.) indoors is not permitted. If absolutely necessary, we will lend you a single-burner electric range, so please use it at an outside table. - Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. - Unfortunately, pets cannot be brought along. - We have been disinfecting the inside and outside of the house by a professional pest control company since mid-May. However, since the yard is lawn and there are ordinary houses around it, there are many cases where professional pest control is not carried out, so bugs are sometimes seen inside and outside. Those who are sensitive are advised to make a careful decision.
