Since the building is situated right in front of the sea, all rooms offer unobstructed ocean views. The Hagwi Beach Promenade is right in front of the house, making it perfect for a stroll to Hagwi Port. Because it is situated along the seaside promenade rather than a road, it is secluded and quiet, allowing you to enjoy healing and contemplation. The city is a 5-minute drive away, so you can order food delivery (Baemin, Coupang Eats, Yogiyo, Coupang Fresh, etc.), and taxis and designated driver services (Kakao Taxi) are available just as conveniently as in the city. We do not have a lawn. However, there are no snakes or strange insects. My spouse and I live in the same building and are always present. With CCTV and many people walking around even at night, it is not scary. *Infants and toddlers (0–6 years old) are not allowed in our accommodation. The maximum occupancy is 2 people, and children are included in the headcount. * As we are a rental property and not a pension, towels, toilet paper, shower supplies, and toiletries are not provided in the rooms. * You can use a nearby 24-hour laundromat for laundry. * There is no password for the door lock; it is a key. * A single-burner induction cooktop is provided. As a backup, a single-burner butane gas stove is located in the lower storage space under the sink. Butane gas is not provided. The pots on the induction cooktop are single-serving ramen pots. * A Philips hair dryer is provided; it has an overheat protection function that temporarily stops operation if it gets too hot. If you have long hair, we recommend bringing your own hair dryer. * Pets are limited to dogs weighing 10kg or less. (Cats are not allowed.)

* As we are a rental property and not a pension, towels, toilet paper, shower supplies, and toiletries are not provided in the rooms. * You may use a nearby 24-hour laundromat for laundry. * The air conditioner is not operated from October to April. * Smoking is permitted by the kitchen window. Smoking is prohibited inside the guest rooms. * We recommend refraining from grilling strong-smelling foods such as spicy stew or fermented soybean paste stew, or greasy meat or fish, inside the guest rooms. This may cause inconvenience to other guests. Also, grease stains and odors are difficult to remove. If you do eat these foods, please ensure proper cleanup and odor removal. * Please refrain from making excessive noise or stomping after 10:00 PM. * There is no cleaning fee, but basic cleaning and dishwashing are required upon check-out. (Deduction from deposit)
