[Sokcho Ocean View Atmospheric Accommodation| Night View + Mood Lighting|

I spent a week relaxing at this accommodation. 1. The location was perfect. - Lighthouse Beach was right in front, so I took walks every morning and evening listening to the sound of the waves. It was wonderful. - There was a 24-hour convenience store on the first floor, which was convenient for buying last-minute necessities. There was also a supermarket (E-Mart Everyday), restaurants (Ttukbaegi Seopguk, Handmade Burgers, etc.), and cafes within a 5-minute walk, making it easy to get around on foot. - Yeongrang Lake was also within walking distance. I really enjoyed the walk there. - Dongmyeong-dong Cathedral was less than a 10-minute walk, so I attended Sunday Mass. The priest gave candles to travelers from other churches. ^^ 2. The accommodation was very clean and convenient. - The mood lighting and curtains made it easy to use at night, just turning on the mood lighting and reading my phone. It created a soft, gentle atmosphere. - The ocean view was right from the accommodation, so I did a lot of sea gazing. It was awesome! -*The room was very clean and spacious, hotel-style, so I slept comfortably. -The refrigerator was large, so even for someone like me who tends to eat breakfast at home, it was easy to fit large items like salad vegetables, eggs, sweet potatoes, and fruit. I was very satisfied. -The bathroom was clean, and the shower stall didn't leak at all, which was nice. Also, the large capacity of the *room was convenient. -There were basic cutlery, spoons, cutting boards, knives, scissors, etc., so I ate breakfast at the room, and it was completely comfortable. -There was a mini rice cooker and coffee pot, but I didn't use them. -The washing machine,*, and dryer were convenient. -There's a recycling bin on the first floor, so I can take my trash to the restroom anytime, which was convenient. -They registered my car, so parking was very convenient. I returned home today, and I already miss the Sokcho ocean and the sound of the waves. It was a truly relaxing experience. If I ever travel to Sokcho again, I'll definitely stay here again. What a fantastic view this place has! Being newly built, it's clean of course, and with Deungdae Beach right in front, evening walks are wonderful and we frequently went to see the waves at Yeonggeum Jeong. The host is meticulous, responds quickly, and provided detailed information about nearby restaurants, so all our food, dining, and accommodation activities during our Sokcho trip were taken care of. We even visited the recommended nearby octopus restaurant twice^^. There are many delicious restaurants and cafes with great views near the house, and the building has parking, a mart, and a karaoke room, so it's really convenient! I'm definitely marking this down for a month-long stay later!!~~ and checking out with satisfaction^^. Resting my body and mind at Sokcho's sea was like a dream healing experience, and even my husband, who usually only goes to Goseong, really loved it. We're heading back fully recharged from this comfortable retreat!~

I stayed here for a week while traveling by foot, and the location is fantastic. You can get to most places by city bus, and there are plenty of places to walk nearby, including Deungdae Beach, Yeongrang Lake, Jangsa Port, and Sokcho Lighthouse. The accommodations are well-maintained, and the condition is excellent. Thanks to the host's recommendations for good restaurants, we were able to enjoy a few meals comfortably. I'm making great memories with my spouse. It's rare to find a place where you can watch the sunrise from the terrace. Highly recommended!

This accommodation is a fantastic combination with an open sea view and the sound of waves. The bedding was clean, and during my month-long stay, garbage separation and parking were perfect. The host was also very kind, so if I come here again, I would be 100% satisfied with a revisit. The surrounding area is a must-visit destination for sightseeing and restaurants. Even without doing anything, enjoying the lighthouse beach right away was highly recommended.

It was clean and had a nice ocean view. It was close to the intercity bus terminal.

No matter where you sit in the living room, you have a sea view, which is wonderful, and the sound of waves is nice to listen to when falling asleep. You should keep in mind that sometimes there's construction noise and tourists shouting and setting off fireworks on the beach. If you like very quiet places, I don't recommend it. Sea view. Highly recommended if you want to really enjoy playing in the sea.

I stayed for a month to work on writing solo, and it was a place with clear pros and cons. First, the biggest advantage was that there's a beach just a 1-minute walk away, the sea is visible from the terrace, and you can hear the sound of waves all day long. Even without a car, I got around on foot, but there were plenty of buses so it was convenient to go anywhere. However, the prices at nearby restaurants were quite expensive, so I mostly cooked for myself rather than eating out. Because of this, I found the kitchen utensils lacking. The large frying pan was something I hesitated to use, and the kitchen scissors were rusty so I couldn't use them. There was no vegetable knife, which was inconvenient, and even the kitchen knife that was available seemed old because kimchi didn't cut well. Most of all, the mug had such a strong fishy smell that I had to boil-sterilize it several times. After staying for a month, I had a lot of luggage, but the host had locked all the storage spaces and was using them as a storage room, so it was difficult to organize my belongings. I was grateful that the host provided many towels, but since I use black towels at home and they've never bled, I washed them together with my clothes in the washing machine. However, all my white t-shirts got stained with black dye from the towels, so I ended up throwing them away. I think it would be better to replace the towels. Also, the internet signal is a bit weak. The WiFi bars were always one or two short. Additionally, whether the window screen is weak or broken, whenever I opened the window at night, flying insects would come in by the swarm. Most of all, there are quite a few various noises. The restaurant right in front of the accommodation plays music loudly all day long, and it could be heard all the way up to the 9th floor. Also, there's inter-floor noise, so I can clearly hear the sound of chairs being dragged and hammering sounds from the upper floor. I think it would be good for people who are sensitive to noise to keep this in mind.

My mother, who is in her 70s, wanted to live by the sea before she got older, so I looked into it and suggested that she live there for a month. It was hard for the children to stay with her all the time, and I was worried about my mother living alone. I considered transportation, safety, nearby amenities, and most of all, the sea is right in front!! I considered these things and it was a perfect place in every way!! Even if you walk around alone, you can go late at night (there is a pocha street right next door~but it is not noisy. You will be surprised by the soundproofing. ㅎㅎ) There are some people, so it is not completely quiet in the countryside, but it is not crowded like other beaches, so it is good for a comfortable walk day and night. There is a convenience store on the first floor, and cafes and restaurants nearby, so eating alone or shopping is not difficult. Oh, because it is an officetel, delivery was also very easy (I ordered delivery and courier from Seoul^^). Transportation could not have been better. It is a walking distance from the intercity bus terminal to the accommodation, and the bus stop is 1 minute away, so you can go to most places. Seoraksan, hot springs, market, etc. I have only traveled to Sokcho by car, but it is all very close by bus. The time interval is not that long for a rural bus, so my mother had a hard time going to the market, but I was able to walk~^^ The ocean view is also fantastic. You can see the ocean view from the bed (there is a building in front, but it is on the perfect height so it does not block the view from our room). It is a fantastic sunrise restaurant. On New Year's Day, we went up to the nearby lighthouse to see the sunrise (you can see it from the room). There were so many people who came all the way here. We watched it leisurely and leisurely like locals. ㅎㅎ While staying for a month, I kept thinking that I had found a great place. I stayed long-term without any inconvenience. The host was also very kind and attentive, so even that was perfect. However, the only downside is that the elevators are divided into even and odd numbers, so it's inconvenient when there are a lot of people. But if you just avoid the check-in and check-out times, that's okay. ^^;; My mother and I were so sad because it passed by so quickly~~ I'll try again when I'm healthy^^ Happy New Year to everyone~~~~!!!!

I wanted to get away from my daily life and be alone, so I made a reservation in advance and left for a week, but on the third day, an unfortunate incident occurred where I had to go to Seoul and come back, and I couldn't focus on myself, which was a shame, but other than that, it was a good short week. It was my first time traveling alone, and I'm a bit obsessed with cleanliness, so I was worried, but the cleanliness of the accommodation was not bad (of course, a little bit because I had to clean up the traces here and there at first~~ㅎㅎ) I just wanted to spend time alone without thinking, so I came here thinking that a sea view would be enough, but there are many places to visit nearby, so I think it's the best location. The sea view right in front of my eyes was the best, and I can still vividly picture it in my mind. In the morning, the sunrise in front of my eyes (which brings happiness~), in the evening, I went out to the beach, but I sat on the veranda and listened to the sound of the waves, and the feeling of the sand as I walked while feeling the waves lapping at my bare feet... etc. I think it's the best place to stay alone. I think it was more spacious because it was the off-season. I had to leave after adjusting a little and trying to enjoy it, but I'll definitely come back again in the fall. While making a promise ~~ It's good alone, and it seems like it would be good for up to 2 people The location of the accommodation, the surrounding infrastructure, and the host's kindness were all good Highly recommended!!!!!

I decided to live in Sokcho Bandal Salgi in a hurry because I needed time just for myself! I was half worried and half excited while preparing, but after staying in the accommodation for a day or two, I thought it was a really good decision!^^ The host communicated well, and above all, the location was great. Lighthouse Beach was right in front, and Jangsa-hang, Yeongrang-ho, and Yeonggeum-jeong were within walking distance, so it was great for taking a walk. Sokcho is not that big, so you can get anywhere by car in about 20 minutes, and I often visited nearby Goseong and Yangyang while I was there. The part I was most worried about was parking. Except for Fridays/weekends, self-parking was available, and even on weekends, parking attendants were always on standby to help you enter and exit the car using a valet machine, so it wasn't as inconvenient as I thought! I don't think I'll ever forget the East Sea in winter. I want to visit again on a warm day🙂
