Amenities include a GS convenience store, fitness center, and golf practice range located in the building's basement. Within a 10-minute radius, there are hospitals, Korean medicine clinics, Paris Baguette, Baskin Robbins, Hanaro Mart, Haeseong Mart, Starbucks, Jungmun Post Office, Police Substation, and various other restaurants. Jungmun Convention Center and Seogwipo Sports Center (Swimming Pool) are within walking distance. The accommodation... Right in front are Olle Trail 7, Cheonjeyeon Waterfall, and Jusangjeolli Cliffs Saekdal Beach, Jungmun Duty-Free Shop, Convention Center, Jungmun Golf Course Jungmun Campground, Teddy Bear Museum, Yeomiji Botanical Garden and so on~~~~~~ The 5-day market is also held behind the building on the 3rd and 8th of each month. There are hospitals and supermarkets nearby. It is convenient as it is equipped with all the necessary infrastructure, such as a post office and police substation. It is a place rich in things to do, eat, and enjoy. On the ground floor, there is a fitness center, Golf Zone, and unmanned parcel lockers, which are available for free use. There is also a convenience store inside the building, making it very convenient. Hallasan View has less noise because it is an internal wall rather than an external wall. With a view of Mt.
