The unique charm of our accommodation is that you can enjoy the sunrise over the East Sea and the ocean views of Jumunjin and Yeongjin without obstruction from the terrace, and there is a forest path in the back where you can take a walk, allowing you to fully experience the small coastal village of Gangneung. On the first floor of the building, there are Japanese and Chinese restaurants, an interior shop, and a laundromat. The beach is a 3-minute walk away. The surrounding area is well-equipped with various entertainment and convenience facilities, and the city (sea tea) bus is well-established, so it is a great place for backpackers, workaday travelers, solo travelers, and especially women to feel safe and secure. We gave it the nickname 'Yeongjindaon' in the hope that good things would happen to everyone who comes here. 'Daon' is a pure Korean word that means 'all good things will come'. We hope you will find comfort and inspiration for a new life in this place filled with the beauty of Gangneung. *I thought you might be curious about the ocean view, so I've uploaded the last photo (3rd photo) taken directly from the terrace. The terrace windows are also new, so no more worries about noise or bugs! You can enjoy the ocean view without worry even on snowy or rainy days~~^^ *You can watch if you are logged in to Netflix. *The maximum number of people allowed in the accommodation is 2.

If you are found smoking or using a room with more than the number of people allowed in the reservation, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund of the deposit or reservation fee. Simple cooking is possible with induction, but cooking food with strong odors such as grilling fish, stewing crabs, or grilling meat is not possible. 2. In case of major damage or destruction of the rental property, such as glass damage, tile damage, wallpaper damage, or panel damage, a repair fee will be charged. 3. After visiting the beach, please remove the sand before entering the building. 4. Pets are not allowed. *A cleaning fee of 50,000 won will be charged if the check-out cleaning, dishwashing, recycling separation, and trash disposal are not completed. There are cleaning tools in the room, so please use them cleanly. ※ We are a space for those who come to relax. To ensure a pleasant living environment and comfortable rest, please refrain from making excessive noise, jumping on the bed, or making loud noises.
