Bijarim Forest, which has stood for a thousand years, and the Bija Forest Healing Center are within a 5-minute walk, so the air is fresh and it is a great playground for children. ☆ The deposit balance will be returned after settling utility bills (electricity, water, and gas). (Utilities: Electricity + Water + Gas - actual usage is measured) For BBQ use (Charcoal + Grill): 20,000 KRW You can use the facility by paying directly to the manager. ☆ Regular disinfection is carried out by an outsourced disinfection company.
