The shopping area within the apartment complex features various amenities such as supermarkets, convenience stores, and banks. Jangsan Subway Station is about a 10-minute walk away. The area near Jangsan Station is a dense commercial district featuring Lotte Cinema, NC Department Store, cafes, and restaurants. You can walk to Dalmaji Hill, Haewoljeong Pavilion, Cheongsapo Daritdol Observatory, the Blue Line Haebyeol Train, Sky Capsule, and the Kim Seong-jong Mystery Literature Museum. The Kim Seong-jong Mystery Literature Museum was built with private funds by author Kim Seong-jong, the original writer of the drama *Eyes of Dawn*. I highly recommend a visit to anyone who loves books. Moon Tan Road is a 2.2 km walking trail created on Haeundae Dalmaji Hill, one of the Eight Scenic Views of Korea, to allow visitors to enjoy a stroll while soaking up the energy of the moonlight. This apartment is the closest to Moon Tan Road. The evening moon viewed from Haeundae Dalmaji Hill and Cheongsapo is beautiful and atmospheric, earning it a place among the Eight Scenic Views of Korea. Located on Dalmaji-gil, known as the Montmartre of the East, this is the perfect place for a stroll through the sea and forest. Dalmaji-gil is also one of the Eight Scenic Views of Busan, where the blue sea, camellia forests, and pine forests harmonize. Because it is said to be filled with the energy of moonlight, Dalmaji-gil is also a section of Galmaet-gil. Moon Tan Road, where you can walk while admiring the blue sea through black pines, becomes a fantastic cherry blossom tunnel in spring. There are also many charming cafes and restaurants on Dalmaji Hill. The coastal promenade, built along the Blue Line seaside train tracks, features a wooden deck path where you can walk while looking down at the Pacific Ocean from above. On clear days, you can see Tsushima Island in Japan beyond the horizon. The road from Dalmaji to Songjeong Beach is densely packed with cherry trees and pine forests and is the ultimate driving course, known as '15-gokdo' (15-curve Road) because it bends more than 15 times. This driving course can be enjoyed when crossing over to Songjeong. By using this road or the Songjeong Tunnel, you can visit Songjeong Beach, Lotte World, the Luge, Lotte Outlets East Busan, IKEA, and Shinsegae Outlets. Since it is Dalmaji Hill, it is quiet and perfect for strolling through the forest and by the sea. The Blue Line Beach Train walking path is the filming location for the final episode of the drama "Now, We Are Breaking Up." Haeundae Gunam-ro is where Lee Min-ho filmed "The King: Eternal Monarch" riding the white horse Maximus. Busking performances are held on Haeundae Beach every weekend, and it is said that Lim Young-woong performed there on September 23rd. He reportedly ended up busking after coming to sing at a friend's wedding the next day. After all, this is Busan! There are also several sashimi restaurants in the apartment complex shopping areas. If you head down to Cheongsapo, there are many famous cafes and grilled clam restaurants. "Sumin's" is the most famous, but other grilled clam places like "Hajin's" are all delicious as well. Please note that there are a few businesses on Cheongsapo Beach that suffered damage from the recent Typhoon Hinnamno. I also recommend 'Gamnamujip' in Cheongsapo. For a walk for exercise, you can reach Mipo by following the Blue Line Coastal Promenade. Many people take daily walks along this route, returning from Mipo to their apartments. Mipo is home to seafood restaurants, LCT, the Signiel Hotel, Choryang Milmyeon, and Geukdong Pork Soup. Choryang Milmyeon is listed among Busan's top 10 restaurants, so there is often a long wait in the summer. The combination of spicy mixed noodles and dumplings enjoyed while overlooking the sea at Mipo Choryang Milmyeon is fantastic. If you pass through Gunam-ro from Mipo, you can reach Haeridan-gil. There are many things to see, with charming cafes and restaurants tucked away in the alleys. Starting with the Signiel Hotel, the Paradise Hotel and Grand Josun Hotel are lined up along the coastline in Mipo. At the end of the coastline are Josun Beach and Dongbaek Island. And then there is Marine City. Amisan, located inside the Marina Center, is a famous Chinese restaurant. Geodae Gomtang in the Benecity shopping center, Iraeok Gomtang in the Adelise shopping center, Pungwonjang Seaweed Set Meal, and Pungwonjang Cockle Set Meal in the I-Park shopping center are also famous.A place with a fantastic view! It offers a quiet and safe ocean view overlooking the Gwangan Bridge. The view from the living room window is of the Haeundae and Gwangalli beaches. With the window measuring 3 meters in length, the panoramic view is truly spectacular. It is a shame that photos couldn't capture it all. Even the night view is stunning. Being on a high floor, the ceilings are high, creating a sense of openness. Busan City invested 31.5 billion won in Haeundae-gu to develop walking paths, exercise facilities, pedestrian walkways, and observation decks. The Haeundae 'Green Railway' won the '2021 Korea Landscape Architecture Award.' We pride ourselves on being the most accessible location from Dalmaji-gil and boast the cleanest air in all of Busan. It can be considered the only apartment in Haeundae where you can enjoy nature while experiencing the conveniences of the city. The master bedroom is equipped with an air conditioner, and the TV is a Samsung 50-inch UHD Smart TV. The showerhead is a The Spa Ultra X3000, known for its high water pressure. An SK ice water purifier is also provided. Rentals began in October 2022 following remodeling, so the property is very clean. Come relax at the most cost-effective apartment with an ocean view in Haeundae!!! <Recommended occupancy is 3 people, maximum occupancy is 4 people. Visiting or staying overnight beyond the standard occupancy is prohibited. Management fee is 50,000 won per week, and cleaning fee is 50,000 won.>
