1. As this is a residential property, please be careful to prevent insects from entering the interior. 2. CCTV is installed (exterior). 3. City gas and electricity bills are charged separately. 100,000 KRW is prepaid before check-in. The amount is calculated based on the meter reading after check-out, and the balance must be paid on the day of departure. 4. Please refrain from eating strong-smelling food indoors. 5. Due to strong winds and rain, parasols are not provided on the rooftop. 6. Additional fee for pets: 20,000 KRW per dog (prepaid). 7. Additional guest fees apply beyond the standard occupancy. (20,000 KRW per person) No overnight stays for guests exceeding the reserved occupancy. Further details will be sent via text message.

Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited in all stays. A cleaning fee of KRW 300,000 will be charged if smoking is detected after checkout.
