Stay B, a detached one-room that satisfies both cost-effectiveness and convenience

1. Cleanliness is good. No cockroaches for 2 weeks. 2. Spacious 3. Poor accessibility to downtown. (Eating, going to hospital, shopping) For outings, minimum 450 meters, average 600 meters distance. Those without cars have to catch a bus near Borong Bakery, which is 1km away and takes 15 minutes on foot according to Naver Map. It's one Seoul subway station away, but there's no bus between here and there, so you just have to walk. Even if you go out for leisure a few times a week, having to go back and forth this distance for every daily outing was quite difficult. 3. Safety is not great. This is the darkest place I've ever been. There are few people on the streets and almost no one walking alone. Also, there's an LH apartment on the way from the convenience store located at the intersection to the pension, and you have to pass through the road there. There are almost no cars during the day and almost no lights at night. Even if there are CCTVs, you can't see anything. When the sun is up, grandmothers and grandfathers gather under the trees at the entrance of the alley, but when it's dark, it suddenly feels like a crime-ridden street where someone could jump out. So I bought a bicycle and rode it around instead of walking. Convenience stores close at night in this area, and there are no Daiso, Olive Young, McDonald's, or Yeoppeok. No Ttareung or electric kickboard services nearby. Delivery is almost non-existent. I was scared. 4. Nearby restaurants Dongseo-ne Haejangguk, Borong Bakery, Ttobagi are delicious Sigol Bapsang, Dokgojip are just okay There's a malatang restaurant on the first floor, but it's expensive and tasteless. Stiff tofu and all ingredients are undercooked 5. The path to throw out garbage at night is terrifying. You have to buy regular trash bags on your own. 7. Would I return? Absolutely not if I don't have a car. I walked 50 minutes to Jungmun Saekdal Beach to get yeondon and enjoyed it while listening to music, but that was possible because it was a one-time thing. However, when I had to walk 15 minutes from the accommodation with gastroenteritis and felt like my stomach would tear, I was really angry and regretted it. I'm reminded again that in a capitalist society, time is money~ Beachside accommodations are expensive because they save money~
