Excellent accessibility to Gangnam and Seongsu on Line 7/Sawajae, 1.5 room

The accommodation was very clean and the facilities were excellent. The projector made watching videos convenient, and it felt like I was at home. There was a Homeplus nearby, which was convenient for grocery shopping and cooking meals. The police station was right in front of the accommodation, which gave me peace of mind. The house was very warm, so I didn't feel cold at all, even in the winter. The hot water was also good, so I had no problems using it. I was so satisfied with my stay that I thought, "I want to live here," and if I have the chance, I'll definitely stay here again.

I lived here for about a month and was really satisfied. The location was great, and the interior was much better than it looked in the photos. They furnished the place with high-quality appliances and furniture, which made my stay much more comfortable. If I have the chance again, I would love to stay here again. Don't compare it to other places; if you can book here, book with them!!

It was clean, well-lit, and had windows in the room and kitchen, allowing for excellent ventilation. I was able to spend a very comfortable month there. The cleanliness and helpful instructions upon moving in made it a comfortable stay. It's a residential area, so there's no noise, and the police station is right next door, making it a safe place to stay. Public transportation is convenient, and there are many restaurants and traditional markets nearby, so I had no problems at all. The host was also very helpful in responding to my inquiries. My wife and I stayed here, and it was a comfortable space. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance. It was a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you.

I was so happy to stay here for a month. I thought it might be cold in February, but it was so warm. I thought the house would be far from Sagajeong Station, but it wasn't. There's a police station nearby, so it's safe, and there's a food alley right in front, so it's easy to buy things to eat. Jungnangcheon is about a 10-minute walk away, so it would be good to ride a bike when the weather is nice. I think it'll be popular, so I recommend making a reservation right away.

Communication with the host was good, and the accommodation had everything I needed👍 The lighting was really good, there was a beam projector, and the accommodation was nice, so I ended up spending a lot of time at the house.🤭 There are also good restaurants and cafes nearby. I wanted to extend my stay, but I couldn't because there was a reservation after me... That's how much I spent 3 weeks at home! Thank you. (Tall people, be careful of your head on the stairs on the last floor~)

I stayed here for about two weeks, and the interior was so pretty and clean. It was really great. There were no downsides. I was worried about the stairs going up to the fourth floor, but it felt more like the third floor. It was so comfortable. ㅎㅎ The nearby Jungnang Stream and the infrastructure were so satisfying!!!!! The beam projector was really nice, and the bed was so comfortable. I felt like I was at home.😆 Above all, the host was incredibly responsive and kind. I was so grateful!!!

I got to stay when the weather was good, and it was really convenient because everything was within a 10-minute walk. First of all, the house is a total dream house... It's even better in person... ㅠ It was really so pretty that I regretted staying there for only 2 weeks, and I strongly wanted to stay there again next time ;) The screen was also so nice that it felt like I was in a movie theater when watching a movie or listening to music ㅎㅎ The atmosphere and lighting of the house were so pretty that I felt good just staying at home. There was a police station nearby, so I didn't feel anxious when sleeping, and the neighborhood was quiet, which was even better. There were only good things, so I stayed there happily and am leaving ㅎㅎ

The location of the accommodation was convenient because it was close to the subway station and bus stop! And there were a lot of big marts and small shops nearby, so it was very convenient for living. I felt so good because the host took care of every little thing☺️ I stayed very comfortably for 3 weeks in a small and cozy space! There was almost nothing missing, such as an air fryer, a large refrigerator, a toaster, and kitchenware!! It was my first time staying long term, but I highly recommend it!!! I stayed here with my girlfriend for about two weeks, and it was so comfortable and I made such good memories. The surrounding transportation was not too far, and there was a convenience store nearby, so I didn't feel any inconvenience during my stay. The various amenities in the accommodation were clean and very convenient to use. I would like to visit again if I need to in the future.
