Therefore, we do not provide any of the services typically found in lodging establishments, such as towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, or toothpaste. Please bring your own personal hygiene items, and be sure to separate your trash and dispose of it in the designated area. (Recycling bins are provided, and Clean House is a three-minute drive away.) Food waste must also be separated and disposed of in the food waste bin at Clean House. (Food waste disposal cards can be purchased at nearby convenience stores.) 3. We are not responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur due to the negligence of guests, whether inside or outside the building. 4. Only barbecue torches and grills are provided for outdoor barbecue, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after use. 5. There is a washing machine and drying rack in the multipurpose room on the first floor. Please purchase your own laundry detergent. 6. Boilers/air conditioners are installed in each room and can be individually controlled. 7. Separate charges may be applied for damage, loss, or destruction of facilities, furniture, appliances, etc., and they cannot be taken outside. 8. When the various consumables provided run out, please purchase and use them yourself. 9. Please wash the dishes, clean the room thoroughly, separate your trash, and clean up after yourself before leaving. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning fee of KRW 100,000. 10. Commercial advertising filming without prior agreement is prohibited. 11. Smoking is prohibited indoors (a fee of 100,000 won will be charged for cleaning cigarette odor).
