Please provide your license plate number via text message at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to your arrival and confirm. Parking is not permitted if your vehicle is already registered. You must also fill out the move-in card at the management office immediately after moving in. ♥ The fee for additional guests (1 or more) is 90,000 KRW for 14 days and 180,000 KRW for 28 days. Please send us your license plate number and contact us. ★ ★ This is a shared officetel where smoking and loud parties are prohibited. Electronic cigarettes and any form of smoking are also prohibited on the balcony. ★ ★ Please dispose of recyclables, trash, and all leftovers from the refrigerator, even if you feel it is wasteful, and perform basic cleaning before checking out. We have a checkout manual. Thank you. ★ If you wash and dry the floors and bedding, and perform basic cleaning, 50,000 KRW will be refunded. (Applicable only to teams that paid the cleaning fee after September 4th) ★ Since we charge a low rate for private rooms, we would appreciate it if you could bring your own personal consumables such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper. There are many supermarkets nearby; you can purchase them upon arrival. ★ ★ For groups of 3 or more, please inform us in advance of any additional guests and pay for them. Up to 2 guests are free. ★ This is a safe and well-managed officetel. You can also fill out an occupancy card upon arrival. ■ ■ Inclusions and Additional Charges in Maintenance Fee ■■ The daily maintenance fee is 4,800 KRW and includes electricity, water, city gas, and common area maintenance fees. However, additional charges may apply as usage varies by individual during the summer and winter seasons.
