Accommodation (Place) Hello, we would like to introduce a high-rise residence where you can enjoy both ocean and mountain views. It is a 1.5-room unit consisting of a living room, bedroom, and balcony. Located on the 24th floor facing southeast, it offers views of the sunrise over the East Sea from the balcony, allowing you to enjoy the warm sunshine. As this is where our family of four, the Hyunhyun brothers, also stay, we have prepared amenities to ensure a comfortable trip. Furniture and Fixtures TV (50" 4K UHD, 43" FHD, located in the living room and bedroom, Netflix/YouTube/IPTV), washing machine, refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, hair dryer, bidet, electric rice cooker, electric kettle, toaster, espresso machine, wireless charger, Kao Mini (Internet radio), vacuum cleaner, clothes drying rack, tableware for 4 people, baby tableware, cooking utensils (1 frying pan, 1 pot) (Bottled water and wet wipes are not provided.) Television, washing machine, induction, microwave, bidet, toaster, AI speaker, hangers, plates for 4 people, fry pans, detergent, and so on. No free water. #3. Bedding Bedding is laundered and replaced after every stay, and hotel-style bedding is used. If you need additional bedding, please set the occupancy to adults even if you are traveling with children. An additional queen-size mattress topper and duvet are provided. (Four pillows are provided as standard.) #4. Location Located in Joyang-dong, Sokcho-si, it takes 7 minutes on foot to Sokcho Beach.
