There are many places worth visiting on foot in the surrounding area. There is plenty of food available. We had a great time eating and enjoying ourselves.

I stayed here for two weeks, and since the Olle Market is so close and the bus stop is also close, I was able to walk around a lot, but it was great!! The location of the accommodation was right on the main street, so I wasn't afraid to go home after drinking alone at night :) The accommodation was as pretty as you can see in the pictures! I was worried because of the reviews that said the bathroom was a little small, but it was okay to use alone :) The building itself was a little old, like an officetel, but the interior was nicely decorated, so it was okay! It was my first time living alone in Jeju Island for two weeks, and I liked it because I was able to stay so comfortably, like at home! I think I'd stay here again next time I visit Jeju Island 🤗

The accommodation is exactly as in the photo and the condition is not bad. In the reviews, there were people who felt uncomfortable because the floor heating was not working, but I think the electric blanket is better. The biggest concern when staying long term is paying utility bills, but Jeju Island is particularly expensive for heating, so I stayed in other places without being able to turn on the heating.. Everything else was fine, but the bathroom was a bit small, which was a little uncomfortable. However, there was no major problem using it. If you are not too sensitive to the bathroom and heating, it seems like a good accommodation. It is easy to contact the host, and most of all, the location of the accommodation is in the center of Seogwipo, so it is easy for people who walk a lot to go around. ㅎㅎ I will stay well!!

The host is really kind and if you call when you have a problem, they will solve it right away! I heard that Onjeong Gimbap, which is said to be difficult to make a reservation by phone, is really 3 minutes away, so I went there and made a reservation and ate there several times. 👍👍 Since it is near a busy area, all restaurants are within 10 minutes by foot, so I didn't have to worry about food. The refrigerator in the house is big and the cooking utensils are sufficient for 1-2 people, which was nice. If you walk a little, you can see the ocean, so I saw the ocean a lot! ⭐️The building itself is big and there is a security guard in the lobby on the first floor, so it was safe for a woman traveling alone.⭐️ The house was clean and smelled good as soon as I entered, which was nice! There were no bugs. The recycling and food waste disposal area were well-organized, so that was also good:) 😢The downside is that in the winter, there is no boiler on the floor, so you have to live with a radiator... I didn't know until I signed the contract, but I found out after signing the contract when they contacted me, so I brought thick clothes, socks, and slippers, but it was still cold for meㅠㅠ (I think it was even worse because the bed was right next to the window) And there was a little gap in the front door, so even though smoking is not allowed inside, other residents smoked, so there were a few times when the smell of cigarettes came into the house at nightㅠㅠ Other than that, it was really good. There were some inconveniences, but considering the transportation and location, I think I will choose this place again when I come to Jeju Island again ㅎㅎ They even sent me a receipt for the utility bills for the days I stayed, so I was able to calculate them accurately and get my deposit back quickly!ㅎㅎ I went on a trip to Jeju Island alone, but the house was so comfortable that I only had good memories. I recommend it❤️❤️

There is a bus that can take you almost straight to Jeju Airport, and it departs every 10-15 minutes, so it is easy to get to the airport, and I was so happy that they answered my questions right away and resolved them well when I contacted them while using the accommodation! I was worried that the shower room would be small for one person, but it was enough to wash up alone, and the accommodation is also very pretty. The location is a 10-minute walk to the famous Onjeong Gimbap, Dajeongine, and Olle Market, so you can get there in 10 minutes, and there is a bus stop right in front, so it was very convenient to get around by bus! Next time I travel to Seogwipo, I definitely plan to stay here again❤️

Good points - Overall cleanliness of the accommodation - Large closet - Hot water comes out very well - Ole Market is very close - Onjeong Gimbap, Mega Coffee 3 minutes walk away - Convenience store on the first floor (not 24 hours) - Gym 5 minutes walk away - Officetel so there is a security guard on the first floor so security is good Disappointing points - No floor heating so it is a little cold in winter - Bugs can come in through the cracks in the door (meeting the bar teacher) - The mechanical parking lot in the building does not accommodate medium-sized cars or larger so it may be inconvenient when using a large car. There is also an outdoor parking lot.

It's located in the center of Seogwipo, so transportation is convenient, and there are many good restaurants nearby, so it was good for a solo traveler. ^^ The accommodation manager is there until the evening, so I feel safe and secure.
