There is a convenience store a minute away by car, a health center in front of Mulleung-ri Pension, and it is close to Jungmun and the English Education City, so there are many famous tourist attractions and mountains. Our accommodation is a standalone building, but it is a group of nine houses, so it is safe and the manager lives nearby, so he can help you solve any inconveniences right away. ~^^ 😊Room assignments at our Mulleung-ri townhouse are randomly assigned among the available rooms. The room number may change upon check-in.♡ 🗓Minimum number of nights available for reservation: - Reservations are only possible for a minimum of 6 nights. 🐾 Pet restrictions (please consult with us for pet-related inquiries): - Only 4kg or less is allowed, and there is an additional cleaning fee of 100,000 won per pet. (Pets are priced per pet, regardless of whether the stay is short or long term) 💳 Utility bill settlement method and general management expenses: - When checking in/out, the heating (oil-kerosene), electricity, and water meters will be read, and the amount will be deducted from the deposit and settled upon check-out. (Starting from September 24, it will be included in the accommodation fee at 10,000 won per day) 😊Additional fee for additional people - It is for 4 people, and if you add 1 more person, it is 100,000 won per month. It is 10,000 won per person per day. On the day of check-in, the amount will be calculated for the number of additional people and remitted. 😉Utility bills - The basic rate of 10,000 won per day will be charged. If the utility bill exceeds the basic utility bill upon check-out, you will have to pay additionally.!!💥 🩷What to bring for long-term stays of 6 days or more You should bring your own personal items, towels, tissues, soap, cleanser, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, detergent, sponge, dishwashing sponge, bottled water, rice, various seasonings, etc.^^ 😁Heal in a wonderful place~~
