I absolutely do not recommend this place. Overall: The property wasn't properly managed, so I discovered the air conditioning and refrigerator were broken on the day I checked in. After three of my six-night, seven-day stay, I was forced to vacate the property. No compensation. Oh, the host is friendly via KakaoTalk and in person. Details: 1. The facilities were cracked and moldy here and there. 2. There were a lot of bugs, so it was quite a struggle. 3. The two-room unit had a projector room on the second floor. I discovered the air conditioning in that room wasn't working after I checked in, and I couldn't use it for even a single day of my seven-day reservation. 4. The freezer compartment in the refrigerator wasn't working properly, so I had to buy ice every day, and everything else melted. 5. I booked a six-night, seven-day stay, but after three nights, they said they would refund me because the air conditioning and freezer repairs might be delayed. - I had my travel plans all planned out, but I had to find accommodations on the 2nd floor and change my schedule in a hurry. 6. Instead of giving a full refund, the host only received the full amount due. 7. The swimming pool was so dirty that I couldn't use it.
