Hamdeok Beach is a 5-minute drive away. There are many convenient facilities such as supermarkets and restaurants, including even Randon Bagels. Within a 40-minute drive, there are many tourist attractions such as Saryeoni Forest, Yongnuni Oreum, Samdal-ri Ojo Port, and Eco Land. (There are also many golf courses including Crown, Eco Land, Greenfield, and Ananti Golf Course.) It is located in a quiet seaside neighborhood. There is a barbecue area, a spacious garden, and ample parking. The studio building has tables at the entrance for individual dining. The villa building features a large terrace.
