Surroundings & additional info
Convenience store and bus stop 5 minutes walk away Swiss Village is a large complex of 66 households. The landscaping and security are excellent. Just my cafe, restaurant, prop shop, workshop, etc. There's plenty to eat and do, and there's even an artist village. From my house, I can see the distant sea of Hamdeok and Geomun Oreum. The air is clean and clear because the altitude is high. It's not humid because it's wet. There is a management office so it is managed very well. My house has a total of three floors. The first and second floors are for lodging, and the third floor is the owner's residence, but it is almost empty. In fact, you can use the entire building exclusively. It is very suitable for two families to travel. There is an 8-person table and a 4-person table on the first floor, so you can use it like an office. (Internet available, meetings available, workshops available) This accommodation is suitable for both pensions and workations.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Due to the nature of Jeju, it is very windy. There may be noise due to the wind, but this is due to the nature of Jeju and is not grounds for a refund. And Jeju Island is an eco-friendly region, so there are a lot of bugs. Refunds are not possible due to bugs entering the accommodation. We provide one extra bedding, and an additional cost of 30,000 won per extra bedding will be incurred (60,000 won for stays of 14 nights or more)
