Within 1-3 minutes on foot: convenience store, walking trail (mountain), various restaurants, cafes, Within 10 minutes walking distance: large mart, Unsu Station, PC room, coin karaoke, Starbucks 🌿 Workation healing spot, Yeongjongdo, with a mountain behind and a station in front Yeongjongdo, which can be reached in 50 minutes from Seoul Station It is located near the central Unsu Station :) It is quiet and secluded, so many people come here for a one-night stay and enjoy a workation. Even if you come to heal, you can enjoy various convenient facilities such as Lotte Mart, Megabox, Coupang, and Baedal Minjok without any inconvenience. Please be aware that there are 3 dogs behind the building. 📍 Location and surroundings It is an 8-minute walk from Exit 2 of Unsu Station toward Domino's Pizza. It is the building right behind the main street, and right in front is Hanoi Garden (rice noodle restaurant), and in the building is Cheongsanri (mala soup restaurant).

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the building and indoors. Only simple cooking is allowed in the room, and grilling of fish, meat, etc. is strictly prohibited. When using dishes in public spaces, washing them is required. Please refrain from making noise after 10 o'clock. Washing machine use is restricted after 10 p.m.
