Check-in - Check-out Procedure Please complete the check-in procedure between 3 PM and 10 PM in consultation with the host. Upon check-in, you will be provided with an access card key and the password for the first-floor common entrance. Check-out is at 11 AM. Please understand that depending on the period, if there is a same-day check-in team, the cleaning team will arrive at 11 AM. Visitors must register their vehicles in advance upon entry. (Parking will soon be converted to a paid service once the management office's parking policy changes.) The community center, valet parking, book cafe, garden, fitness center, GX center, sauna, swimming pool (infinity pool), and hotel breakfast, lunch, and dinner will open sequentially. Features include 100% self-parking and luxurious facades both inside and outside the complex. Check-in & Check-out Procedure The check-in process is carried out between 3 PM and 10 PM in coordination with the host. Upon check-in, you will be provided with an access card key and the password for the first-floor common entrance. Check-out is at 11 AM. Depending on the period, the cleaning team may arrive on time if there are check-ins scheduled for the same day. We appreciate your understanding. For vehicle entry and exit, visitor registration is required. The community floor will gradually open amenities such as hotel breakfast-lunch-dinner, valet parking, a book café, a garden, a fitness center with GX, a sauna, and an infinity pool.  The building features 100% self-parking and a luxurious facade both inside and out.

  • This reservation is for short-term temporary occupancy and does not carry protections such as right of resistance, priority repayment, implied renewal, guaranteed stay period, or mandatory provisions. (Housing Lease Protection Act, Article 11)
