A 3-story independent house with a 5-minute walk to the sea

It was great that there was a beautiful sea within a five-minute walk. I enjoyed walking there every day. The accommodation was also clean and nice, and I'm going to heal well for three weeks!

It's close to the ocean and there's a recycling center within the complex, so it's convenient. The owner is kind and the view from the room is nice and clean.

Pros: You can see the ocean because it is in front of the sea The town is developed so it is not dangerous There is a garbage dump if you walk 2 minutes The neighborhood is just a few minutes by car and you can quickly go to Daiso, Starbucks, and All-You-Can-Eat When you turn on the boiler, the entire floor becomes warm There is a parking lot right next to the house so parking is convenient Cons: The front door handle is about to fall off, and the floor tiles on the first floor are partially peeled off, which is annoying (I think it needs to be fixed) The dryer seems to be broken. Even after running it for 3 hours, it didn't dry well, so I just hung it on a chair to dry It is on the third floor so it is not recommended for people with sore knees The refrigerator is smaller than expected, and the cooking area next to the sink is small (you have to cook with a separate induction stove because it is a highlight - induction is provided) The lighting is orange so it is not bright The bunk bed is too soft and causes back pain Two adults each used one room and there was no particular inconvenience Always close the blinds because it is close to the next room I can see The building is old, so it seems like they haven't done any repairs. It seems like they need to inspect and repair it all. It's on the 3rd floor, so it's harder to go up and down than you think. I recommend it only to young people!

It was nice that it was close to the beach and town, just 5 minutes away~ There was a separate manager, so it was well managed, and there were many independent residents, so I felt safe~ I stayed there for 6 nights and 7 days, and the management fee was 230,000 won, including 100,000 won for cleaning and 130,000 won for gas usage. The accommodation was a bit small, so it would be okay for a couple of 2 or a family of 3~ I had a warm and comfortable stay for a week.
