This accommodation accommodates one or two people, allowing you to enjoy complete privacy, away from the prying eyes of others. 📋 Instructions (for a healthy stay) It is operated under the concept of a 'rental house' so that you can fully experience Jeju for a week or two. Pleasant Indoor Environment: For everyone's comfort, cooking meat or fish (with oil and odor) indoors is prohibited. (You may cook on an outdoor stove and then enjoy a meal inside.) Peaceful Rest: Please treat the property with care and maintain a quiet environment for your neighbors and yourself. Helping you adjust to Jeju: Due to Jeju's unique characteristics, the weather and environment (such as waste separation days) differ slightly from the mainland. The price is for one person. There is an additional charge of 10,000 won per night for 2 or more people. . I'll help you with induction support. . The utility bill is 2,000 won. Due to the nature of Jeju Island, the price of LPG is measured to be a little expensive. If you live for about a week, the total amount is expected to be around 30,000 won. After deducting the 100,000 won management fee, the remaining amount will be refunded. . Off-season or peak season, there is no need to worry about the terrace in Jeju Island. Accommodations for single or couples in the similar price range of 70,000 won I think it's the wisest choice. The host helps the most and doesn't do business too tightly. I will try my best to support you in any way. Thank you. . Smoking is prohibited indoors. If you make a reservation for two and neither of you drinks or smokes, we will support 20,000 won for the meal.^^ . Thank you

  • This reservation is for short-term temporary occupancy and does not carry protections such as right of resistance, priority repayment, implied renewal, guaranteed stay period, or mandatory provisions. (Housing Lease Protection Act, Article 11)

  • The listed size may slightly differ from the actual size due to building structure and measurement standards. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.

  • External factors unrelated to the interior of the place are not grounds for a refund.

  • Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited in all stays. A cleaning fee of KRW 300,000 will be charged if smoking is detected after checkout.

  • We recommend recording a video and taking detailed photos at check-in and check-out to document the condition of items and furniture. Additional charges may apply for any damage.

  • When making a reservation for an overseas stay, please enter your name exactly as shown on your passport. Incorrect entries may result in issues at check-in or upon cancellation.
