Artist's Space is a private 4-story residence located near Chang-dong, Masan. It is a separate accommodation featuring one large room, two medium rooms, one small room, and two bathrooms, offering a spacious 40-pyeong (approximately 132 square meters) area. It is an ideal space for families to stay for a month. The standard occupancy is 4 people, but it can accommodate up to 8 people upon consultation. A gallery and art studio are located in the same building, and there is a convenience store (BomBom Mart) on the first floor. As the property is directly managed by an artist, you can encounter various works of art both inside and outside the accommodation. Various cultural events are frequently held at nearby venues such as the Chang-dong Art Center. Nearby Tourist Attractions and Things to Do: You can access Chang-dong, Munsin Art Museum, Masan City Museum, Fish Market, Imhangseon-gil (old railway line, former North Masan Station), Masan Port, Gagopa Coburang Mural Street, North Masan Furniture Street, and Mt. Muhak on foot. For food, you can enjoy a variety of options including Burim Market (6.25 Tteokbokki), Goryeodang Bakery, Bokhee House, seafood from the Fish Market, and the food alley within Burim Market. It is a place where you can fully experience the nostalgia of Masan, and you can also take a stroll along the newly created coastal road. The former Citizens' Theater has been renovated, allowing you to participate in various weekend events within walking distance. Families and groups are welcome. As it is a slightly older house, it is a decent accommodation for most guests, except for those who are overly sensitive. Although Burim-dong is the city center, it is quiet enough that the sound of prayers at Jeongbeopsa Temple can be heard occasionally; however, nearby Chang-dong is a city that never sleeps, even in the middle of the night. The Imhangseon (old railway line) is just a 3-minute walk away and is a flower-filled path that serves as a morning and evening walking course throughout the year. Munsin Art Museum and Chang-dong Art Village are also nearby. It is a place with convenient transportation and many places to eat and sightsee within walking distance, including the Fish Market, Masan Dotseom Coastal Road, Lotte Department Store, Imhangseon-gil, Gagopa Kkoburang-gil, Goryeodang Bakery, 6.25 Tteokbokki, Changdong Garden, Mijo Jjimjip, and Ssangdungijip. This is an artist's home featuring a private gallery in the basement and an art studio on the second floor, which are open for public viewing for those interested. Bombom Mart is located on the first floor, making it easy to purchase daily necessities and groceries, and the location offers convenient access to taxis and buses. Each guest room features artwork by famous artists or the host, creating a naturally healing atmosphere.

How to Use the Accommodation 1. Please use the remote controls for the living room and the middle room for the air conditioner. 2. To turn on the TV, press the power button and wait a moment. 3. Wi-Fi starts automatically, and the password is on the Wi-Fi box. 4. Please drain the moisture from food waste and place it in the white food waste bin. Once food waste accumulates, please put it in the red-lidded bin and insert the chip (purchased at the 1st floor mart) at the 1st floor entrance before disposal. 5. Please put various types of trash in the recycling bins in the kitchen. Once a large amount accumulates, please put it in a trash bag at the 1st floor entrance for disposal. 6. Please dispose of toilet paper in the trash can. Wet wipes, in particular, will clog the toilet if put in the toilet bowl. 7. Brooms and dustpans are located in the shoe cabinet in front of the entrance. Indoor and outdoor slippers are available for use. 8. Please close the windows on rainy or windy days, as rain may leak through the room windows. 9. Please choose between a low pillow and a high pillow. For long-term stays You may use bedding with the owner's permission, depending on the temperature. 10. Please be sure to turn off the boiler and any power sources when going out or checking out. *When using the washing machine, please lower the gray hose to allow the water to drain. This is a residential area; noise and smoking late at night are prohibited. Regarding the digital door lock, please contact us upon arrival to receive the password.
