The bedding and ** were all clean, so I felt good. Parking is free for one car in the basement, and there is Bujeon Station nearby, so it is convenient to take the subway, and there are good restaurants if you walk a little, and it is close to Seomyeon. The bathroom was wider and more comfortable than other officetels. The room was also warm~^^ I want to visit this place again next time I come to Seomyeon!!

This is a review of a Busan person who lived for a month!! I made a reservation to stay with a foreign friend who was traveling to Busan. It is a clean and bright accommodation just like the picture. ✅ Location: 5 minutes to Bujeon Station, 10 minutes to Seomyeon Station, and the Donghae Line is also close to Bujeon Station, so it was easy to go to Haeundae and Gijang. It is within walking distance to the center of Seomyeon, but the accommodation is located in a quiet place and it is a high-rise building, so there is no need to worry about noise, which was great. ✅ Amenities: There are convenience stores and restaurants in the building's shopping area. There is also a laundry inside the building. There are many large marts around, and it was especially nice that there was a 24-hour mart in the large area. NC Department Store is also nearby. ✅ Storage space: The hallway storage closet and living room closet are spacious. There are also many hangers. There are two large closets, but one is locked. I only used one, but it was okay because the clothes were small in the summer. ✅ Kitchen: It was good to cook because the kitchenware and cooking utensils were well-equipped and basic seasonings were prepared. It was good because there were a lot of dishes. The gas range was strong and the hood worked well. ✅ Living room: The bedding was soft and clean along with the large bed. It was convenient because there was an electric cord and light on the frame. It was good that there was both a dining table and a table. The TV was logged into Netflix and could rotate left and right, so it was very comfortable. The sofa had a cover, so it felt cleaner. ✅ Veranda: The sun shines in well through the window. There is a multipurpose room on the veranda. Even if you run the washing machine, if you double-close the multipurpose room door and the veranda door, there is almost no noise. The veranda is wide, so there is still space even if you put a drying rack. ✅ Bathroom: It is rare to find a one-room accommodation with a bathtub, but it is well-maintained. The shower water pressure is strong, but the toilet water pressure is a little disappointing. **** **, etc., are all provided. ✅ Daily necessities: **, **, etc. are provided in various ways and we used them without any shortage for a month. 💟 The host is very kind. The host took great care of us before check-in. Even during our stay, he asked us if there were any inconveniences or anything else we needed. He always answered our inquiries really quickly. Thank you so much~ As a Busan native, I chose this place considering many conditions such as location and travel distance, so it was a place that was close to perfect. The friend I stayed with was also very satisfied from start to finish. Since we are staying for a month, we chose this place considering practicality, but there are also many emotional props and lighting, so it would be good to stay for a day and hang out with friends. This is the place I stayed for 6 days and wanted to stay a few more days if possible. It was a neat and clean place with the same quality as the picture. And I was able to rest comfortably thanks to the host's consideration. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I especially liked that there was a bathtub, so I could come back from my trip and take a half-body bath and rest. ㅎ There is a cafe street nearby, a bakery famous for its open run, which is 20-30 minutes by bus or taxi, and a restaurant recommended by locals where you can have a light meal on the first floor. ㅋㅋ (A friend who lives nearby told me about it). I think I made a good choice. I will stay here again if I visit Busan again.^^ It was a place that was comfortable like my home for a week.

This is the accommodation I stayed in while traveling to Busan for two weeks. It was so clean and nice, just like the photos you posted, and I'm sensitive to bedding, so it was so soft and nice. It was nice that there was a mart, convenience store, subway station, and market nearby, and it was also within walking distance to Seomyeon, so it was great. Beautiful interior. Clean bedding, etc. It's exactly like the pictures. During my 6-day stay, the host prepared everything thoroughly as if it were my own home, so there was no inconvenience at all. It was close to Bujeon Station and Seomyeon Station, and there were many good restaurants and coffee shops nearby, so it seemed like a perfect place to stay. I'm 100% willing to come back again because the accommodation was so good that I don't have to worry about it on my next trip to Busan.
