There is a convenience store within a 1-minute walk. There is a city bus stop a 1-minute walk away. This is a detached house in Yeongdo that offers a panoramic view of Busan Port. You will have exclusive use of the second floor of a two-story building. You can safely and conveniently park your vehicle on the first floor of the building. It is easy to travel to Gwangalli, Haeundae, and the old city center by car via the Bukhang Bridge and Yeongdo Bridge, which are 5 miles away. It is located directly on a two-lane road, making it easier to access than other Yeongdo-gu shared housing, and it is located at the very top of a hill, so there is less concern about privacy invasion. A toilet and faucet are also installed in the multipurpose room. As it is a single-family home, you don't have to worry about noise between floors. The interior has been recently renovated and is in excellent condition. You can also enjoy dining at a table on the terrace. You can also enjoy smoking on the terrace. It is suitable for those who are looking for a comfortable rest rather than a noisy emotional experience.
