Rooms by the sea_Cheonggan Ocean View House

First of all, the house was clean because it was well-maintained, and the ocean view from the window was amazing! The water pressure was good, the hot water came out well, and the boiler worked perfectly. Doing laundry in the washing machine was no problem at all, and drying clothes on the balcony was easy thanks to the plenty of sunlight. I was worried it might be humid since it's right by the beach, but perhaps because of the boiler, there weren't any issues! I stayed for a month on a long-term basis, and I liked it so much that I extended my stay! If I ever stay in Sokcho for an extended period again, this is a place I would definitely want to visit again! It was also great that there are two convenience stores just 1-2 minutes away! I had a wonderful rest here. Thank you.

I chose this accommodation for a week-long summer vacation with my child, and there's Ayajin Beach near Cheonjin Beach in front of the house, which was perfect for spending time with my child~ The house condition is great and there's plenty of parking space, so we had a comfortable stay😊 It's an accommodation I'd like to recommend for a family trip!

Friendly hosts and accommodation close to the sea! I highly recommend this as a relaxing place to stay if you are staying for a week or more.

I was a little anxious because it was my first time using Live Anywhere, but thanks to the kind and considerate host, it was a very enjoyable and happy trip. As soon as I entered the house, the ocean was so beautiful and wonderful, and when I looked around the house, there was not a single place that was not meticulously prepared, so much so that I felt like they had prepared even this. The bedding was clean, and the pillows were prepared by height, and the foldable mattress on the floor was so comfortable that I slept really well for a week. Whenever I travel, I always have trouble sleeping if the bed is uncomfortable, but thanks to the considerate host, I slept really well and rested on this trip. I traveled with my parents, and they liked this house so much that they said they would definitely stay here again if they travel to Goseong again. When I opened my eyes on the first morning, I could see the sunrise while lying down, and on the last night, the rain and wind were so strong that I couldn't go out, so I looked out the window and saw the waves crashing, which was a spectacular sight. On the day I was checking out, the drama my parents were watching ended at 11:30, so I asked the host for understanding, but he said I could stay until 12 o'clock, so I felt at ease. I was able to watch the whole drama and come out. Thank you so much for your consideration. If I have the chance, I would like to use it again on my next trip to Goseong. Thanks to the host, I have developed a liking for Live Anywhere and will be looking for accommodations for my next trip.

This year's sunrise came to Goseong as planned and I spent the second week in a place where the host's warmth was felt~ The weather was good all week so I was able to see the sunrise and as expected, there was no inconvenience at all during my stay with clean bedding and neat dishes The good thing about this place is that there are all the cleaning tools and supplies, and while I was staying, there was my own style detergent so there was no problem with laundry and it was great because I could use it as a disposable item such as **, *** and there was a vacuum cleaner and a roller so I could feel fluffy throughout my stay and the parking space was very spacious so it was nice that I could park comfortably on the ground or underground unless I was driving a large car It was annoying when I went to the accommodation and had to go around and around because there was no parking space, but that didn't happen at all Just like last year, there were two brand convenience stores at the entrance so I could buy what I needed and come in or if I had something urgent, it was just a minute's walk from the accommodation so it was no problem! My husband used to walk to the beach at night, and the sea is not too far away, so it's nice to take a walk^.^ We watched the sunrise in 2025 from the veranda with our whole family, and we were able to enjoy the East Sea without being cold. I'm so glad I found this place..ㅎㅎㅎ I talked to my husband about going again this year!ㅎ Hosted, I'll come back to see the sunrise next year!! Happy New Year and stay healthy🙂🙂🙂

This place was perfect for a family of three looking for a relaxing getaway during a long holiday. Even before we left, I was already feeling reassured and excited thanks to the kind and thoughtful host~♡ The photos and reviews clearly showed how well-equipped it was, and we had a comfortable stay. It was a shame the weather fairy didn't show up and we couldn't fully enjoy the perfect view, but even on cloudy and rainy days, the ocean view was beautiful, so I was relieved! It's very close to the beach, and there are some great restaurants nearby (you can even see them waiting for you from the accommodation😎) and trendy cafes, making it a great stop during our walks along the beach. Sokcho Central Market is also nearby, so we visited several times. It was a truly satisfying trip for both my husband and I👍 Host! Thank you so much for your quick and kind answers to even the most annoying questions. Thanks to you, we had a relaxing stay~♡ My child looked at the photos from our trip and said, "I want to go again!"😊❤️

I had a great week-long trip!! The nearby walking trails were also really pretty, and Sokcho was close by and quiet, so it was great!! I was happy to see the sunrise every day because I could see the beach♡♡ It's an old-fashioned apartment, but the inside was clean and well-organized, and it was well-equipped with all the necessities, so it was a great week. The host was also very kind, so I felt great!! I highly recommend it!!!^^

After wrapping up my long teaching career, my first trip to celebrate my retirement! The East Sea!! I live near the West Sea, but I love the East Sea so much, so this was a long-term trip I had been dreaming of for a long time, and finding such a great accommodation made the trip even more brilliant~~~ㅎㅎ I stayed at a beachside accommodation in Sokcho for 2 weeks, but there were some inconveniences.... The first day I moved here! My husband was so impressed by the view from the veranda, saying it was so pretty and wonderful, and that he really liked it. Of course, I was worried that I wouldn't be able to see the ocean well because it was a bit far away, but it was really nice because I could see the ocean so well from the living room and from the bed~~~ My husband and I stood on the veranda for a long time without even unpacking our bags, and we were so happy like children, and didn't know what to do. The sea view is much better than the sea tree house~~~ㅎ And above all, I really really liked the accommodation that was so neatly organized~~~ The host who took care of every detail without any inconvenience! You are really amazing!!! Everywhere, including the bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom, everything was well-equipped so that I could stay comfortably as if it were my own home. My son visited from Seoul during the holiday, and he was surprised the whole time by the host's great sense, and he said that he found a really good accommodation and he stayed very comfortably~~~ Every day, he admired the sunrise from his bed, and the dishes were so pretty that he felt good every time he ate, and of course, he walked endlessly along the beach in Bongpo, Cheonjin, Ayajin, and Sampo, but he also spent dreamlike days looking at the ocean from inside the house. Sokcho is also close, so I was able to stay comfortably~ The host was so kind, and I was amazed by his meticulous consideration every day, and I promised my husband that we would definitely come back here next year, but everyone who has visited once and read the reviews will want to go, so I'm worried if I can go~~~~~ I was so thankful that he said I could stay later than 11 on the day of check-out, but the road was too far (about 5-6 hours), so I left with great regret~~~ The host was so kind, considerate, and thoughtful!! I'm so, so sincerely grateful~^^ I hope I can go again~~~

Hello~ I came here with my child for a week in August during the summer vacation of the first semester of the first grade of elementary school. It was the price range I wanted, and I went there with high expectations based on the pictures, such as the low, flat bed (not having many things), and the close proximity to the ocean~ 🤍The moment I opened the front door, I was amazed by the clean and neat interior~ The view of the sparkling ocean and trees was breathtaking^^🤍 💙Looking around the accommodation, it was really the first time I've seen such a clean and meticulously prepared place..💙In particular, when I saw the yoga mat in the closet, I thought to myself, 'Ah..I want to come alone..'^^;; (I didn't have the strength to take it out after playing in the ocean with my lovely child^^;;) I went to the ocean once a day (except for the day of departure) with my child, which was about a 5-minute walk (it wouldn't even take 5 minutes by myself)! The neighborhood was also small, so it was great for a light walk. It was nice that the Cheongganjeong was low and I could quickly climb up, but the view from the top was really, really... beautiful^^ You can also go to another beach in about 5 minutes by car. Sokcho is also very close~ I lost my glasses while playing in the water the day before I checked out, so I went to Sokcho the morning of the day I checked out and got them back. I also hurriedly packed up the things I hadn't been able to organize, and they sent the items I left behind right away after checking them. I received them safely~ 💙If I go to Goseong next summer, this is the accommodation that will come to mind first^^💙

This is a place that only I want to know about. I'm nervous that many people will find out if I write a review like this, but I have to write it..ㅎㅎ The host is so kind. Our family of three has a baby, so we have a lot of things to pack for our accommodations wherever we go. This place has everything we need! And the host's personality is really evident in how clean and tidy it is. I really enjoyed the organization and fragrance, from the dishes to the blankets in places that are not easily visible. And I was grateful that the host thoughtfully told us about things we might need and took care of them! I went to see the sunrise, but it was cloudy that day so I couldn't see itㅠ You can watch the sunrise from the veranda of the house, the living room, or even the room This is the best The beach is close so you can walk there There are two convenience stores at the entrance to the accommodation so I was able to buy what I needed right away The parking lot was also spacious The bathroom drains well The kitchen utensils and appliances are very well maintained The elevator is also fast The people who clean the building were very kindㅠ There's no reason not to come here I go to Sokcho often, but rather than looking for a place to stay that I don't like Even if it's a 10-minute drive I'll come here again Hosted, will you accept my reservation if I make another one?🙂🙂🙂
