Olle Trail Beach Ocean View Three Room Umiji House

I'm having a wonderful time with my kids in Jeju, in a clean and comfortable home that reflects the owner and his wife's sincerity. My children are 4 and 5 years old, so I was looking for a house close to the airport, a hospital, and the beach. I also thought it would be nice to have an attic where the kids could have fun climbing up and down, and this house has all the essentials for a fun and enjoyable stay. I've been eating a lot of home-cooked meals because of the kids, and with the supermarket and recycling center nearby, it really feels like I've lived in Jeju... I'm full of regrets, but I want to come back again!! I had a great time, eating, and resting. ^^

Jang The house is very clean and the view is so nice ㅎ 😍 The living room has a great view when you sit on the sofa The view is great from all over the room and there is no obstruction so the ventilation is good. A hair dryer and bidet are installed in the bathroom👍🏻 The water pressure is average and the warm water comes out well. There is a washing tower-dryer so you can wash towels and urgent laundry right away and wear them. There is a hot and cold air conditioner on the second floor so it is warm if you want to turn it on About 5 minutes to the beach? "On foot"!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 It is good for a walk during the day and night and the neighborhood is quiet so it seems safe. There are many people who run. There is a parking lot so I parked safely!! There are hospitals and marts nearby The owner responds to inquiries quickly and I like it~~~ I had a great time. I learned the charm of Samyang Beach again However They gave me advance notice that there was no need to wash towels, dishwashing sponges, kitchen detergent, laundry detergent, soap, or toilet paper. ㅣ I had a late check-in because I had an overnight flight, but since I didn't have anything, I went to a convenience store and bought some (expensive) urgent things, and then went to Daiso the next day. There was nothing, not even a dishcloth. It was hard to bring things like that when packing for a trip, so I bought them... It would be good if they sold them as a set at a reasonable price! Trash bags are not provided. You have to pay to throw them away at the trash can outside the neighborhood. Please note that it's on the 3rd floor without an elevator!

Last year, I planned to live in Jeju for a month, and the first thing I had to do was decide on a house. My family had several conditions when choosing a house. In the end, I chose Umiji House, which satisfied everything, and I was able to live happily in Jeju for a month. If I had another month to live, I would decide on this house again without hesitation. I confidently recommend this house to those who have decided to live for a month and haven't decided on a house yet. For reference, this is a review that I bought with my own money without any compensation. This house is the best in terms of distance from the sea, sea view, newly built house condition, surrounding commercial district, accessibility to tourist attractions, and the owner's personality. Because my son wanted to live in a seaside town, I looked for accommodations near the sea.. Since it was newly built, the bathroom, room, dishes, and appliances were all clean and well-maintained. The interior was pretty, and since it was a duplex, my child would sometimes go up to read a book and come down... I would put my camping chair on the veranda and eat ice cream while looking at the sky^^ Samyang Beach is close, but if you go down the alley from the house, there is a small beach in 1 minute. The whole family liked it better than the crazy beach, and the owner sometimes went swimming too. ㅋㅋ My child was happy swimming, fishing, and catching clams, sea urchins, shrimp, etc. there every day..^^ The owner is super, super kind!! He has a nice impression too.... There is a CU convenience store, cafe, and restaurant near the accommodation. Ah! The utility bill was about 50,000 won on the 12th because I washed my clothes almost every day and turned on the air conditioner a lot due to the heat wave. I had a happy time with my child. I chose to live in Jeju because the summer vacation was long~ First of all, the accommodation was so clean and nice~ The cute props and paintings were perfect for our family who came to heal~ I was worried because they said a typhoon was coming~ But unlike my worries, I had a great time~ I saw the sunset at the beach in front of my house and went swimming When the tide was out, I caught various kinds of clams, sea cucumbers, sea urchins, and gold crabs and ate them deliciously~~ㅎㅎㅎ I never got bored every day~ I enjoyed the black sand at Samyang Beach right in front of me And about 10 minutes further, I enjoyed the emerald green beach at Sinheung~ If you go 5 minutes from Sinheung, you will find Hamdeok Beach~~The sunset you can see by going up to Hamdeok Seoubong is a great sunset restaurant~ There are also pharmacies, hospitals, and marts nearby, so there was no inconvenience at all during my stay~~^^ With a lot of regrets I'm going back~ I'm 100% sure I'll visit again~

The mainland is in the rainy season, but Jeju has nice weather, so I had a happy time. I arrived earlier than the check-in time (early morningㅜㅜ) because of work, and I was so grateful that they were considerate even though it must have been difficult. Even when I called, they seemed really nice, and they greeted me warmly every time I saw them. The couple even saw me off on the last dayㅠㅠ(touching) It was so convenient to go with the kids because the beach was right in front. It was a minute to go down to the first floor? Hamdeok was close, and Dongmun Market was also good to go to. I think it was easy to go around. There was an electric charger in the nearby public parking lot, so I parked and walked. The washing machine and refrigerator were both better than Heejip's, and the furniture, dishes, and cups were plentiful by type. There were also camping chairs~ There was an outdoor water tap on the first floor, so it was really convenient to come back after playing at the beach right in front. It's not a lodging facility, but a monthly rental. You should prepare disposable items, toiletries, and detergent. I definitely want to go again next time^^

The house is newly built, so it's really clean and the appliances are new, which is nice. The kitchen is especially spacious, which is nice. The view of the ocean from the house is nice. The view from the attic veranda is the best. There's a convenience store and a mart close to the house. The cake shop in the building is really delicious. Most things are delivered to the accommodation. The best thing is that if you go into the alley across the street and go in for 1 minute, you'll find a small beach that's perfect for kids to play on. The depth is gentle, so it's really nice to play on. The owners are also very kind. It's on the 3rd floor, but if you go up a few times, you'll get used to it, and you'll be able to see a great view instead. The kids still want to go back. I want to go again if I get the chance. It was a short trip, but I had a great rest and fun. Thank you.

The Umiji House with three kids was really great~ It was only a year old so it was clean and I could feel that the owners had meticulously maintained it^^ In the attic, we played board games with the kids and sat on camping chairs on the terrace to look at the ocean and the night sky. It was so cool without any mosquitoes. The black beach, which is a 3-minute walk away, is right next to Samyang Beach. It was a small place with soft black sand, so it was the kids' favorite spot. It's a blessing to have such a nice beach so close to the accommodation~ The waves were also nice, so many people enjoyed surfing. It seems to be a beach that locals often visit. Thanks to the generous and kind hosts, I was able to rest well and come back, so I'm so grateful~ Stay healthy^^
