-The lawn and outdoor swimming pool are public facilities. -Barbecue is available at the common area on the first floor after prior reservation. - The grill and charcoal rental fee is 20,000 won. -The spa will be prepared with hot water in advance so that you can use it immediately after check-in. Please be careful not to let too much water overflow outside. -You may freely use the trampoline and basketball hoop in the yard, but for the safety of the children, please make sure to have a guardian watch over them. -Users are responsible for any loss, damage, or fire damage to facilities within the accommodation. -Users are responsible for any accidents caused by their own negligence. - Absolutely no smoking indoors (smoking allowed outdoors) -Please be mindful of loud noises after 10pm as they may disturb those around you. - When you check out, all trash must be separated and disposed of in an outside trash bin. (20L trash bag provided)
