I had a great stay in this comfortable neighborhood~ Unfortunately, due to the weather, I couldn't enjoy the terrace as much as I would have liked, but I still had a wonderful month here.

After a long day at work, I felt my body was ruined and my stamina was depleted, and I found this place and ended up staying for a month in Jeju. I still can't get over it. ㅎㅎ It was such a fun time, and I'll organize what I felt. I hope this will be helpful to those who are considering accommodations. * Advantages 1. The view from the accommodation is really great. The ocean view from the 3rd floor terrace The view of Mt. Gogun and Mt. Halla in the back And the stone walls and flowers and lovely scenery that can be seen everywhere... It's really healing. It's so nice to just wake up and drink coffee on the terrace. 2. It's easy to access to amenities. Convenience store is 3 minutes on foot Hanaro Mart is about 20 minutes on foot Many restaurants near the accommodation Seogwipo Olle Market is 15 minutes by bus You can visit Daiso, E-Mart, etc. in the new town in about 15 minutes by bus. There was absolutely no inconvenience while staying for a month. 3. The accommodation facilities are very well-equipped. The washing machine and dryer are brand new, and the sink, food waste disposer, refrigerator, water purifier, oven, burner, and dishwasher are all provided, so it was great. There is also a beam projector, so when I ate with friends on the 3rd floor, I could play songs or videos, turn on the lights, and have a nice meal. I ate at home a lot because it was burdensome to eat out every time, but after work, I did the laundry and dried it, and the food waste was disposed of right away, and the dishwasher did the dishes, so I was able to rest very comfortably without feeling tired from work. I really liked the part where they paid special attention to the convenience of the users. The dishes were prepared in a variety of ways and were plentiful, so there was no shortage at all when cooking or having a party with friends, and the barbecue on the 3rd floor terrace was very satisfying. 4. The location is good. It is close to the new city, so it is convenient, but since there are old houses near the accommodation, it is not too crowded, and I was able to spend a leisurely schedule. The bus stop is close, so it is not inconvenient to get around. (The interval is relatively long ㅠ) The popular Olle trails 6, 7, and 8 are close, and Gogunsan and Oedolgae are close. I recommended both to my friends and they were very satisfied. 5. The host is very kind, considerate, and takes care of me. I couldn't meet him because he was abroad, but I liked how he often told me about inconveniences and tips. The manager also took good care of me, so there was no inconvenience in using it. I also liked that he told me about good restaurants and places to go nearby. * Cons Honestly, there is nothing in particular.. ㅎㅎ But it is a duplex, so I have to be careful when going up and down the stairs? And I lived as a backpacker for a month, and since the bus waiting time is long, if you are a backpacker, you should plan your travel schedule carefully considering the bus waiting time. I stayed in Hadori for a month, but I still had regrets, so I stayed at this accommodation in Seogwipo for another week. I highly recommend this clean accommodation with two rooms and two bathrooms on the second floor, and a rooftop terrace with a view of the ocean in front of Hallasan Mountain on the third floor. Every day was so nice with the blue sky. There are many restaurants nearby, such as Cheongbori Restaurant and Bagel Cafe, and the walking path is enjoyable, and the neighborhood is so pretty. If I live in Jeju, I think I should live in Hogun-dong. I am considering this accommodation for a month in the fall. I highly recommend it~!

This is a great accommodation with a refreshing view. The interior was also very neat and clean. The owner kindly guided us and told us about places to visit nearby. It was really nice. I woke up to the sound of birds and lost myself in the distant sea. It felt like my tired mind was recharged. It was a half-month stay that started with my spouse's suggestion to try living in Jeju Island for a month. Since the period was long, we arrived in Jeju late by boat from Wando to travel by our own car instead of renting one, and could only feel the emotion of the accommodation the next morning. As if welcoming our arrival, cherry blossoms planted as street trees were in full bloom behind us on the 3rd floor of the accommodation, and in front, the ocean view spread out refreshingly as if washing away our city-weary hearts. A hammock was installed on the 3rd floor veranda, making it the perfect accommodation to stare blankly at the Jeju wind and sky. Also, the accessibility to nearby Olle Trail and tourist attractions was very good. The owner originally runs a store on the 1st floor, but despite being overseas, he continuously showed interest through KakaoTalk and phone calls to make sure there were no inconveniences. I would like to express my gratitude. I want to feel the charm of Jeju again here in the fall. If you want to rest comfortably and tour, I highly recommend this accommodation.

The owner of this accommodation + the manager are all so so great! When the weather is not cold, you can grill meat on the 2nd floor terrace using the burner! It's not only possible, but it's really healing..... But, when it's not a strong windㅎㅎ Really, from the beginning to the end, your feedback was so so quick.. Thank you so much!!! I'm currently overseas, so I can't drink the coffee from the 1st floor cafe that you personally serve, but that doesn't matter because you always reply quickly to messages asking even the smallest things. I met a very kind host, got good information, and had a very comfortable check-in and check-out. While giving me information on nearby tourist attractions, he kept checking and taking care of me to make sure there were no inconveniences. At first, I was worried that the house was smaller than I thought, but I had a great time the whole time I was there. If there was one thing I regret, it was that there was no awning on the terrace, so the sunlight was too strong, so I couldn't spend much time on the terrace with a nice view. It was located in the center of Seogwipo, so it was perfect for going to Olle Market and other famous restaurants. The accommodation is a duplex on the 2nd and 3rd floors, but there are stairs, so you just have to be careful with the kids. The ocean view from the 3rd floor and the panoramic view of Mt. Halla through the wide window at the back made the house extra enjoyable. I could see a lot of stars from the 3rd floor terrace, and it was also great for barbecue. The cute and pretty props in the house left a deep impression. There were many good restaurants and tourist attractions nearby, and the transportation was convenient. It was also great to put down the screen and watch Netflix movies on the beam projector in the evening.

It was a place where the new city and old houses meet, so it was good to use the facilities, and it was a place where you could feel the atmosphere of the old houses in Jeju. It was a short 7 nights and 8 days, but I had a good stay thanks to the host's kindness and hospitality🙏 The interior design with the theme of East meets West is full of the owner's delicate sense👍🏻 In particular, the 3rd floor kitchen and wine bar is a great place with a great view (the sea in front and Hallasan in the back). I just spent the morning here dazed😁 There is a rumor that there is a good coffee shop on the 1st floor, so be sure to take a cup out when you go out^_^
