Travel group: 3 adult women, 5-year-old, 3-year-old Location selection criteria: Hospital nearby, adequate infrastructure Inconvenience: Good natural lighting causes kids to wake up early. -Solution: Bought black bubble wrap from Daiso and attached it. Positives: Close to Hyeopjae, Gungnung, and Gwakji beaches. About 15 minutes by car. Didn't need to go to the hospital, but there are hospitals in Hallim-eup. Can walk to Hallim Oil Market. There's a playground at Hallim Oil Market. (So glad the playground is really close!) About 5 minutes walk? Arte Kids Park, Jejudang about 25 minutes away. Seogwipo Olle Market about 1 hour. Pororo Theme Park about 35 minutes away. Great location. Felt like staying at a close friend's house. Many restaurants near Hallim. When too lazy to prepare breakfast, Baekbujang Baekban, near Hallim Kalguksu there's a Vietnamese pho restaurant that's delicious too. Oh, and for meat, there's Yukgogijeep. Most things can be solved at marts and Daiso. A month isn't a short time, but it felt like unpacking and immediately packing again. Air conditioning works great, water flows well. Rice cooks well too. The host is kind and doesn't interfere. Just treat it like your own home and there's nothing to clean up. It's on the first floor so I discovered for the first time how well kids can run around. #Host, please take good care of us again next year. We're leaving with wonderful memories and had a blast#

Every Chuseok season, I do a month-long stay, and I noticed this house starting last year. It's always been fully booked, so I made a reservation early this year, and as expected, it's comfortable and wonderful. Since I have an elementary school daughter, we go to the beach frequently, and both Hyeopjae and Geumneung beaches are close by, and Saebbyeol Oreum is also nearby. There's a Hallim 5-day market right next door, and there's literally a gas station right in front where you get free car washing if you purchase over 50,000 won. Since it's an apartment, there's no parking concern, and being on the first floor means absolutely no noise worry. Hallim Fisheries Cooperative Raw Fish Center is also close enough to walk to while taking a stroll, so the location is really great. There's a drum washing machine and dryer, which are really essential for a month-long stay. Laundry is a must when traveling with a child, and there's a ceiling-mounted laundry drying rack on the veranda where clothes dry quickly with good sunlight. The host is very kind and considerate, so I'm leaving with wonderful memories from my 2026 Jeju month-long stay. I hope you stay healthy, and I look forward to seeing you again next year. Our three-week stay at the Hallim accommodation with two children was convenient and satisfying. Since it was a long-term stay with the kids, location and amenities were paramount, and this accommodation choice proved to be an excellent decision. Gwakji, Hyeopjae, and Geumneung beaches were all located within close proximity, making it an ideal location for enjoying water activities with the children. The water pressure in the bathroom was strong and convenient to use, and having a washing machine and dryer felt like the greatest advantage during the extended stay. The separate waste disposal area within the complex was convenient, and there was always plenty of parking space, which was great. During the three weeks of caring for two children, it was a satisfying accommodation where we could stay comfortably like our own home without any inconvenience in daily life.

I was very satisfied staying here for a month with my 4-month-old baby! I was very happy with the location near the main road, and nearby attractions like Geumneum, Hyeopjae, and Gwakji Beach were close by, so we could visit them frequently! Hanrim Fisheries Cooperative was also within a 10-minute drive, making shopping convenient! The house had good hot water, and the boiler and air conditioner worked well. With a dehumidifier and dryer, we could do laundry frequently without any issues! There were occasional sounds from the upstairs unit, like sliding doors closing or other noises, but since we're not sensitive to noise, it wasn't a major inconvenience. Just keep that in mind! We were so satisfied that we definitely want to visit again! This is a really great value for money property!

I had a comfortable stay. The atmosphere was so homey that I was able to cook, drink coffee, and move around late without any inconvenience. My husband came out of the shower and said he liked the bathroom. I'd love to come back again. Thank you.

I lived here for a month with my mom and 7-year-old son from mid-May to mid-June. It was perfect for two people living together~ It was so clean and the interior was simple and well-done. I mostly lived in the big room and left my clothes and luggage in the small room. There was plenty of parking space, so I didn't have to worry about coming in late. On the 4th and 9th, Hanlim Oil Market was a 5-minute walk away, so I went to see it with my child, and there was a zipline at the oil market playground, so I went and burned it. There are also Hanaro Mart, hospitals, pharmacies, and other convenient facilities nearby, so it's all just a 5-minute drive away. The only downside is that the big room and kitchen are connected, so the refrigerator was incredibly noisy at night. So we put the refrigerator in the small room and used it. And if I had one thing to ask the host... Jeju is a humid place, so the house often gets damp. So I often turned on the air conditioner and dehumidifier, but since the house is small, it was so cold that I also turned on the heating and the heater that I had at home (related to the management fee) I think there is^^) It would be good to have a dehumidifier in the summer~~ I am very satisfied with the review after living there for a month^^ I want to use it again next time~~~

There are three beaches nearby, so you can choose any one. The parking lot is large, so I never panicked because there was no parking space. The cons are that it's humid, and there's no dehumidifier, so even if you dry it in the dryer, the laundry can get damp. The noise from the upper floor is no joke~ From 6am to past midnight, there was the creaking of doors and careless footsteps. Thanks to that, I couldn't sleep late.
