I did the insulation work myself, and this is a space I use when my friends come over to visit.

3 min walk: Jeomchon Station (train), free public parking lot, Culture Street 5 min walk: GS Mart, 2 24-hour convenience stores, Omija Youth Mall Mungyeong Central Market (Permanent Market) Within 5-10 minutes on foot: Bank, pharmacy, hospital, Munkyung Post Office A good restaurant (a place known by locals for at least 20 to 50 years) There are many cafes with distinct personalities. 10 minutes on foot: Jeomchon Traditional Market (5-day market recommended, held on the 3rd, 8th, 13th, 18th, 23rd, and 28th of every month) 15-20 minutes on foot: Jeomchon Intercity Bus Terminal (5 minutes by taxi) There is nothing that is not around the accommodation. I recommend it for long-term stays in Mungyeong for travel, business trips, internships, and rural experiences. Since there are also people staying for a short period of time, I ask that you refrain from cooking food with strong smells in the kitchen if possible. You can eat simple dishes that can be heated in the microwave or bread and cereal. There are so many good restaurants around that most people end up eating out. This is a quiet accommodation as there is no TV. This is a space filled with the owner's sincerity, personally renovating each and every piece. You can comfortably use the 22 pyeong private space. It's on the first floor so it's good for children and the elderly. It is convenient to live in as the infrastructure is good and there are banks, post offices, convenience stores, supermarkets, and hospitals within walking distance. The accommodation is located a 3-minute walk from Jeomchon Station if you come by train. If you come by bus, arrive at Jeomchon Bus Terminal, take a taxi for 5 minutes (basic fare), or walk for 20 minutes If you come by car, you can park in front of the accommodation. There is also a large free public parking lot a 3-minute walk away from the accommodation.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the building. Foods with strong odors, such as fish and meat, cannot be cooked indoors. Please be sure to read the terms and conditions provided in the accommodation. You can eat microwaved foods, cereals, and foods that don't have a strong toasty smell. (If the room smells bad when you check out, you may be charged one night's fee. Please ventilate the room for 5 to 10 minutes.) After eating delivery food, please wash the plastic container thoroughly, remove any moisture, and recycle it. Utility bills will be settled upon check-out and deducted from the deposit. If there is damage to the items provided in the accommodation, you may be charged a fee. Please be careful during your stay and be sure to notify the host if a problem occurs. In order to create a comfortable space for your stay, there is no TV. Wi-Fi is available. We do not provide cleaning services during your stay, but cleaning supplies are provided.
