I stayed here for a month and the sea was absolutely beautiful with a great atmosphere. It was wonderful to have both a washing machine and dryer, and I was able to stay fresh and clean. The free gym was fantastic, and on hot days I was able to exercise comfortably indoors!! The beautiful Gwangan Bridge right outside was such a welcoming sight, which made it even better!!! I also got to enjoy the drone show on the weekend. Thank you for the beautiful accommodation :)

The location was a bit inconvenient, requiring me to get off at the station and transfer to a bus, but on the other hand, it was incredibly convenient because Gwangalli Beach was right in front of me. I took walks along the beach in the morning and evening. The accommodations were literally equipped with everything, so I only needed to bring my underwear, clothes, and wallet. It was truly the perfect place to stay. If I ever return to Busan, I'd love to stay here again.

The accommodation was a place where the host's thoughtful care could be felt throughout. It was so well-prepared that I only needed to bring my own toothbrush. I did lose some sleep in the early morning due to footsteps from the upper floor, but overall the complex was quite quiet. Thank you for providing such a nice place to stay.

During my relatively long 34-night stay in Korea, I stayed at this place near Gwangalli Beach, and it was an overall very satisfying experience. The location was so great that I could walk right out the door and into the ocean. With so many restaurants, cafes, and attractions nearby, I never felt bored during my stay, and it was a place where I could fully experience the vibrant energy of Busan. The apartment was on a high floor, and the windows were very soundproof, so even with the windows open, there was absolutely no noise. The officetel itself felt incredibly safe and comfortable. The password-protected entrance gave me a sense of security, and the entire building felt well-maintained. I stayed at the same place for seven nights, checking out for one night, and then returning for 27 nights. When I checked out, there was a residents' storage room on the second basement level, which was very convenient, allowing me to leave my luggage. I especially liked the residents-only ocean-view gym. While not very large, it had all the necessary equipment, and the lack of crowds made it a great place to work out quietly. The ocean view sauna was available for a fee, but it was very affordable, making it a great place to end the day in a relaxing atmosphere. Thanks to the host's meticulous preparation, the room was fully equipped with everything we needed. There was a small but very comfortable sofa, perfect for watching TV or relaxing. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. Even in November, the room was warm enough that we didn't need to turn on the heater. It was a bit hot at times, but simply opening the window slightly cooled the room down, so it was completely comfortable. The cordless vacuum cleaner was also a nice touch, allowing us to clean whenever we needed to. The on-site washing machine and dryer were perfect for our long stay. We also appreciated the towels and shower amenities. The bed was large enough for two people to sleep comfortably, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. The blankets were soft and fluffy, the pillows comfortable, and there were scented diffusers scattered throughout the house, so every time we walked in, we were greeted with a pleasant scent. The two-burner induction stove allowed for simple cooking. I even ordered rice from Coupang and microwaved it. The refrigerator was spacious enough to order fruit. It felt like home without any inconveniences. Recycling was a bit unfamiliar to me living abroad, but it was a fun experience, and I had no complaints about the accommodation. Transportation was also very convenient. Bus stops 83 and 41 are a 7-minute walk away, and Gwangalli Station is about a 15-minute walk away, making it convenient for traveling around Busan. I had to check out for one night due to the Gwangalli Fireworks Festival, but I was so satisfied that I wanted to return. If I ever have a longer visit to Korea, I would definitely choose this place again.

This was my first time discovering Live Anywhere, and I was delighted to have a comfortable stay at a great price. I had planned to book a total of 34 nights, but one night was already booked for the Gwangalli Beach fireworks festival on November 15th. When I inquired with the host, he said it was fine for me to stay seven nights, check out one day, and check in the next. He kindly asked if it would be a hassle for me, but he also asked if it would be a hassle for me. I booked the place with the intention of visiting Seoul for a day, and I was truly satisfied. The building was very well-maintained and clean. I had free access to the gym, and there was also a sauna available for a small fee. There was also a storage space for residents on the second basement level, which was very convenient for storing luggage. It was warm enough that I didn't need to turn on the heating at all in November. Even on warm days, it felt almost hot, so I opened the windows a little. **Everything was provided, and most of the ****** ***** were provided, which was great. The bed was very comfortable, and the blanket was fluffy, clean, and everything was great. They even prepared delicious snacks in the fridge, which I thoroughly enjoyed. There were two induction stoves, so I could cook simple meals. There was also an electric oven and kettle, which was convenient. There was even a drum-type washing machine and dryer, so I could do my laundry leisurely during my long stay. There was also a coin-operated laundry room in the building. If I were to visit Korea for an extended period again, I would stay here without hesitation.
