5-minute walk: Convenience store 10-minute walk: Various amenities including supermarkets, Olive Young, cafes, and restaurants 10-minute walk: Hamdeok Beach 5-minute drive: Seoubong 5-minute drive: Sukseongdo Hamdeok Branch, Odorang Bakery, Starbucks 7-minute walk: Danish (famous Instagram bakery cafe) Introducing Our Accommodation ☻ 🌿 A Cozy Detached House with a Yard • You can enjoy the warm, beige-toned interior and the charmingly decorated, lush yard exclusively. • Located in a neighborhood slightly away from the bustling streets, there is no surrounding noise, and as it is a detached house, there is no noise between floors. • We kindly ask that you refrain from making noise, such as using musical instruments, singing, or music, to avoid complaints from neighboring residents. • It is a healing space where even those sensitive to noise can relax comfortably and freely. 📍 Location and Surroundings • For guests arriving by bus, please get off at 'Hamdeok Nonghyup Branch', 'Hamdeok-ri 3-gu', or 'Hamdeok Transfer Station (Hamdeok Beach)'; it takes about 7-12 minutes on foot from there :) • Convenient amenities such as large supermarkets, convenience stores, and Olive Young are well-equipped. • Restaurants and tourist attractions are located nearby and are within walking distance. 🌿 Brief Introduction to the Accommodation • Situated in the center, this space offers both convenient location and a sophisticated style. • This is a detached house located in Hamdeok, a seaside area known for its beautiful colors. • This accommodation was personally designed and renovated piece by piece during the summer of 2021. :) • Centered around a yard of approximately 140 pyeong, the main house (An-geori) is a two-room country residence featuring one bedroom in a 15-pyeong inner section. • The overall atmosphere of the house is created using white and wood tones as accents, while large windows provide a warm and cozy feeling. It is a space where you can escape from daily life and experience the tranquility of Jeju combined with the comfort of a country home. • The outdoor garden is fragrantly decorated with various plants, allowing you to enjoy your leisure time right in the garden. • Come and experience healing in the peaceful and tranquil atmosphere of Jeju~ 📍 Important Notes for Accommodation Use 📍 • Please refrain from cooking dishes with strong odors inside the accommodation (e.g., grilled fish, grilled meat, strong-smelling dishes like Cheonggukjang). • Please refrain from using candles, scented candles, or any other items that pose a fire hazard inside the accommodation. • The accommodation cannot be used as an office or for other purposes; it is intended for travel purposes only. • In accordance with relevant laws, including the Youth Protection Act, mixed-gender occupancy is prohibited for minors (youths under 19 years of age) without the accompaniment of a legal guardian. (If entry is denied on-site due to this reason, eviction and refunds are not possible.) - Violation of the above items or other regulations will result in eviction, and no refunds will be given for accommodation costs incurred due to the guest's violation. • Please understand that guests are responsible for any loss of their valuables. • This house was created by renovating an old Jeju house, so please note that the ceiling height is low. Please Note • The occupant is responsible for handling all issues that arise during the period. (However, issues regarding facility maintenance are excluded.) *Exterior lights are turned off at 11:00 PM. • The security deposit will be returned after deducting 100% of repair costs for damaged appliances within the accommodation, 100% of the purchase cost for bedding (such as duvets, mattresses, and pillows) if they cannot be washed or restored to their original condition, and 100% of repair costs for damaged facilities. • If you request additional bedding beyond the standard provided items, a set including a single mattress topper, single duvet, and pillows will be provided for a fee of 50,000 KRW. :) • Please turn off all power when checking out! ( **Please make sure to turn off the boiler!** ) • Please dispose of food waste, general waste, and recyclable waste generated during your stay at the Clean House in front of the building. : ) Disposal is available starting at 3:00 PM. • When returning to the accommodation after swimming at the beach, please clean up sand and debris at the water tap in front of the accommodation before entering. • Please understand that due to the nature of Jeju and the fact that this is a residential area near the seaside, insects may appear indoors! -- Please note that utilities are charged separately for winter month-long and 15-day stays ☻ (This is deducted from the security deposit!) --
