-Parking is available within the complex. -There is a discount mart in the complex and a convenience store in front of the bus stop. - Dankook University Hospital is a 3-minute drive away, so it can be used as a resting space for family caregivers. -Sangmyung University, Baekseok University, Hoseo University, and Dankook University Hospital are within 5 minutes by car. -It is a quiet apartment complex with many young office workers living there. The veranda is open so the view is great and it's quieter because it's on the top floor.
