- 5 minutes by car to Hanaro Mart and Nonghyup - 5 minutes walk from bus stop - Within 30 minutes by car from intercity bus terminal and Homeplus 고사리로 유명한 남해 창선 작은 어촌 마을에 위치한 시골집이에요. 잔디마당과, 마당에서 훤히 내려다보이는 바다, 걸어서 갈수 있는 해변가 산책로와 어촌체험장, 근방에는 남해에서 유명한 죽방렴체험장과 독일마을, 물건방조림등 관광지등이 있고, 사천시와도 가까워서 수산어시장, 재래시장, 대형마트, 시외버스터미널등 이용에도 편리하답니다. 주병이 온통 고사리밭이라 이국적인 풍경을 자아내기도 하지만 저녁에는 마당에서 보이는 환상적인 석양에 황홀해지는 따뜻한 정이 묻어나는 시골집 독채에요. 근처 바닷가 선창에는 낚시 즐기시는 분도 많고 해바리 체험으로도 유명한 마을이라 색다른 경험도 맛볼수 있는 곳이구요. 현대식으로 깨끗하게 리모델링 해서 지내시기에도 불편함이 없을거에요. 저녁에는 마당에서 불멍도 하시고, 해먹에 누워 별구경도 하시면서 시골체험을 맘껏 하시길 바래요~ 집기랑 가구등은 모두 6인기준으로 준비되어 있어요. 마당에서 캠핑 기분도 즐기시라고 야외캠핑용 의자 6개, 야외테이블1개, 비베큐 장비도 마련되어 있답니다. 머무시는 동안 내 집이라 생각하시고 지인, 친구분 초대하셔도 되고 자고 가셔도 됩니다.

- 보일러 온수는 반드시 보일러 온수버튼을 눌러야 나옵니다. - 거실 베란다 샷시 왼쪽 방충망창 열고 닫을때 바깥으로 살짝 미셔야 잘 움직여요 - 해먹그물은 왼쪽 창고 박스안에 있어요. 비 맞지 않도록 해 주세요. - 마당 왼쪽 창고에 야외의자랑 야외전구 켜는 버튼이 있어요. 열쇠는 현관열쇠랑 같이 달려있답니다. - 다용도실과 욕실 하수구에 덮어놓은 그물 같은거 벌레 못 들어오게 막는용이니 안 쓰실때 덮어두세요. - 불은 항상 잔디에 있는 지정된 곳에서 피워 주세요. - 평상에는 돗자리를 깔아서 음식물을 흘리지 않도록 해 주세요. 개미들과 지네들이 찾아 온답니다. - 벌레가 집안에 들어가지 않게 방충망은 꼭 닫아주시길 바랍니다.
