- 5 minutes by car to Hanaro Mart and Nonghyup - 5 minutes walk from bus stop - Within 30 minutes by car from intercity bus terminal and Homeplus It is a country house located in a small fishing village in Changseon, Namhae, famous for bracken fern. A lawn yard, a sea view from the yard, a walking path along the beach, and a fishing village experience center. Nearby, there are tourist attractions such as Namhae's famous Jukbangryeom Experience Center, German Village, and Mulgeunbangjorim. It is close to Sacheon City, so it is convenient to use the fish market, traditional market, large mart, and intercity bus terminal. The entire house is covered in bracken fern fields, creating an exotic landscape, but in the evening, you can be enchanted by the fantastic sunset seen from the yard, making this a warm and cozy country house. There are many people who enjoy fishing at the nearby seaside dock, and the village is also famous for its seafood experience, so it is a place where you can enjoy a unique experience. It has been remodeled in a clean, modern style, so you will not experience any inconvenience while living there. I hope you enjoy your countryside experience to the fullest by having a fire in the yard in the evening, lying in a hammock, and looking at the stars~ All the furniture and fixtures are prepared for 6 people. There are also 6 outdoor camping chairs, 1 outdoor table, and BBQ equipment so you can enjoy the camping atmosphere in the yard. During your stay, you can think of it as your own home, invite acquaintances or friends, or even stay overnight.

- Boiler hot water will only come out when the boiler hot water button is pressed. - When opening and closing the left screen window on the living room veranda chassis, you need to push it slightly outward so that it moves smoothly. - The hammock net is in the box in the left storage room. Please keep it out of the rain. - There is a button to turn on the outdoor chairs and outdoor lights in the storage room on the left side of the yard. The key is attached together with the front door key. - There is a net-like thing covering the drain of the utility room and bathroom to prevent bugs from entering, so please cover it when not in use. - Always light fires in designated areas on the lawn. - Please put down a mat on the floor to prevent food from spilling. Ants and raccoons will come looking for you. - Please make sure to close the screen to prevent bugs from entering the house.
