I came here to stay for two weeks during the Chuseok holiday, and I will honestly review the pros and cons that I felt. <Advantages of the accommodation> 1. Convenient location I was thinking of staying in an apartment downtown, but I ended up staying in this villa because it was only 1 minute from the beach, and I was able to spend time walking around every day because it was right in front of the beach. In particular, there was a Bossa Nova cafe right next door, and there were places that sold donuts, convenience stores, pizza, and chicken, so it was convenient to use. There was also a craft beer shop, so I could have a drink and walk back in 3 minutes. It was easy to access the surrounding area, so I was able to visit Gangneung, Goseong, Inje, etc. for two weeks, which was nice. There is a water facility right in front of the lobby, so in the summer, you can enjoy swimming, wash the sand off your feet, and then go home, which is also an advantage. 2. Quietness I was worried that the surrounding area would be noisy, but it wasn't noisy even though it was in front of the beach, and I was able to sleep quietly because there was no noise between floors when I stayed on the 3rd floor. 3. Amenities Le Creuset tableware, Nespresso machine, wine glasses, and whiskey glasses were provided, so it was nice to be able to make coffee every morning. The dining table was also large and comfortable. It seemed like the host put a lot of thought into the circulator, air conditioner, and air purifier, so I was able to stay for 2 weeks without any inconvenience. 4. Parking convenience When I said I was coming to stay for 2 weeks, the management office made it convenient for me to have a designated parking space. It was during the holiday season, so many visitors were concerned about parking, but the management office staff kindly guided me. 5. Host response The host responded very quickly when I sent a message, and I especially liked that they responded kindly and quickly even though we made a reservation so close to the holiday. The accommodation was also clean and well-organized, so my first impression was good. <Disadvantages of the accommodation> 1. No elevator At first, I wondered how I could climb the 3rd floor every day, but fortunately, there weren't that many stairs, so my parents, who have bad knees, were able to climb them without difficulty. Contrary to my worries, going up and down the stairs for 2 weeks didn't feel that uncomfortable. Those who are worried about the lack of an elevator don't have to worry too much. 2. No wireless internet I was surprised when I went there without seeing the notice that wireless internet wasn't available, but I just changed my plan to unlimited data and used it for a while, and it was fine. I recommend this accommodation because the advantages far outweigh the disadvantages. I was satisfied with my stay. Above all, the location and the fact that the accommodation has all the small items outweigh the disadvantages. I recommend this accommodation to those who don't like apartments in the city because they're too far away and beach pensions because they're too crowded.
