Living Room Located on the 3rd floor overlooking the sea, the accommodation allows you to relax in the living room while gazing at the sunrise and the ocean horizon. 2. Kitchen & Laundry Room Essential kitchen appliances, such as a rice cooker and microwave, as well as various types of tableware, are provided. Additionally, a separate laundry area is located inside the kitchen, separated by a sliding door. 3. Open Terrace (Private Terrace / Approx. 9 pyeong) You can enjoy the ocean view from the 3rd floor from the terrace connected to the living room. At night, turn on the lights to enjoy a meal in a more romantic atmosphere. 4. Bedroom You can enjoy the ocean view directly through the window in the bedroom, which is furnished with a spacious queen-size bed. A heated electric blanket is installed on the bed to provide a warm sleeping environment. (Total of 2 provided in the accommodation) Furthermore, a floor-standing TV, a spacious wardrobe, a vanity, and a private bathroom are included, allowing you to feel the comfort of home. 5. Shared Restroom The shower room is separate, and a window allows for convenient ventilation. A bidet is installed. 6. 4th Floor (Attic / 20 pyeong) A total of 6 windows are located in each of the four directions (east, west, north, and south), allowing you to enjoy the outdoor scenery; it is also great for stargazing at night. There is a tea table and a sofa bed (double size) which can be used as a bed if needed. A spacious area is provided, large enough for children to run around and play. * There is no boiler. 7. Outdoor View The accommodation is located right in front of the beach; the village atmosphere is quiet, and the residents are friendly. Free parking is available in the open space in front of or behind the building.

Smoking is prohibited indoors. If caught, you will be immediately asked to leave and charged a cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW. Amenities such as toothbrushes, towels, and shampoo are not provided. Guests who have not made a reservation in advance (e.g., acquaintances) are not permitted to stay. Pets are not allowed. Compensation may be claimed for any damage or contamination of appliances, furniture, or other facilities.
