White interior, new appliances, and new furniture. Being on the first floor, it is a quiet and peaceful apartment like a condo. Daiso, Homeplus, and No Brand are within a 10-minute walk. Seogwipo Local 5-Day Market or Olle Market are nearby. Many famous tourist attractions in Seogwipo are also close by.

There is a large CU convenience store at the main entrance of the apartment complex, located within a 10-minute walk. Homeplus and Daiso are also nearby. As it is an 800-unit complex, there is a taxi stand inside the complex, a bus stop at the entrance, and numerous cafes and restaurants. There is also a library within the complex! It is a 30-minute walk or less than 10 minutes by bus to Seogwipo Jungang-ro. It is close to Olle Market, Chilseongri Beach, Soesokkak, and more. It's a quiet apartment like a condo.
